Ohh!! And today we did ourselves a favor again. We started with the cacio e ova balls with fish sauce, then moved on to the chitarrina with mantis shrimp. Then we went on to a fantastic mixed fried fish dish. Our food suicide ended with a chocolate crumble with black cherry cream. Sounds like a great way to die. Jokes aside, everything was super good, and we want to extend our compliments to all the staff, the kitchen, and the owner who leads this fantastic team.

The food is excellent and the price is right. Service is fast and friendly. Make a reservation, otherwise you risk being left hungry. Highly recommended.

Gianluca is fantastic and so are his collaborators...you eat quality fish at an excellent price...the only advice for those who want to go is to call to book because it is always full.

Salt and pepper are only available in sachets. Probably too many salt shakers and pepper mills have been stolen. No cloth napkins. The pasta is industrially produced, not homemade.

I had the pleasure of dining at Taverna del Priore, a restaurant in Alba Adriatica where we tried several dishes, all truly delicious. The mushroom risotto was creamy and rich in flavor, perfectly blended. The grilled meat was well-prepared, with juicy cuts cooked to perfection. The stew was tender and flavorful, with a sauce that enhanced its flavor. The pizza didn't disappoint either: fragrant and made with fresh ingredients, it perfectly complemented the meal. The atmosphere was welcoming and the service courteous, making the evening even more enjoyable. I recommend Taverna del Priore to anyone who wants to enjoy authentic, quality dishes in Alba Adriatica.

I think the appetizers could be improved, but spaghetti with clams (lupini) was AMAZING!!! Definitely worth returning. The staff was really nice and friendly.

04/04/2026: I discovered Lu Pennese almost by chance thanks to a post I saw on Facebook, and I couldn't have made a better choice. I love simple, authentic places, without too many frills, and here I found exactly what I was looking for: the wonderful atmosphere of a real village bar where time seems to have stood still. It's a genuine and genuine place, where you don't need an endless menu to make you happy. I loved their simple yet high-quality menu: they serve exceptional porchetta, excellent both in a sandwich and eaten plain, along with platters of salami and local pecorino cheese, and the classic bread and oil, which in its simplicity is unbeatable. If you go on a Sunday, you can also try their arrosticini, which are out of this world. If you're looking for a sincere, welcoming place with authentic flavors, Lu Pennese is an absolute must. A Peroni to wash down the grease, and you'll feel comfortable and satisfied. I'll definitely be back!
18/02/2026: The porchetta cooked here MUST be eaten at least once in your life. You can enjoy a sandwich with a view of the village of Casoli.

10/05/2026: Excellent seafood restaurant! The dishes are incredibly fresh, beautifully presented, and have an authentic flavor. You can taste the quality of the ingredients and the attention to detail in every dish. The service is friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere is welcoming and relaxing. The wine selection is also good. Highly recommended, I'll definitely be back!

The flavors won us over: seemingly simple dishes, but prepared with great care and attention to detail, and above all, delicious. The wine pairings were excellent, and the value was truly excellent. 👍 It was the perfect way to end our vacation in Abruzzo. We also really appreciated the kindness and helpfulness of the staff, who were particularly attentive to our small children (they prepared a special dish for them). A wonderful experience that we highly recommend! ✨
