24/08/2024: We stopped one evening in Montesilvano and chose this restaurant. Excellent dishes with very good prices. The cheese and egg pallote and the kebabs are excellent. The first courses are also good. I don't give 5 stars because of the somewhat grumpy lady who served us, but it was a positive experience

01/08/2024: Il Casolare is synonymous with excellent food, wonderful location, unsurpassed service, kindness, attention and so on and so forth. If the meat-based menu is excellent, the fish-based menu is unbeatable... not everyone knows how to do both. Highly recommended for any occasion, weddings, confirmations and communions, but also for a dinner or lunch with family or friends!!!

12/07/2024: Locale Bello con vari Tv e con possibilità di Mangiare pure fuori. Mangiare buono con Staff molto cordiale. L’unica pecca sono le porzioni dei vari piatti. Menu Bimbi i Nuggets sono solo 4 anche se in foto fanno vedere 6 Nuggets con Patatine Fritte senza Bevanda ma con piccolo regalino. Tutti gli Hamburger vengono serviti senza Patatine Fritte ma solo a parte, peccato a quel prezzo potevano aggiungerlo al Piatto. Invece i Ribs arrivano con le Patatine Dippers. Qualità Prezzo ok, Grazie e a presto 😊

11/07/2024: Anche se son poco abituato a scrivere recensioni dei posti dove vado, guardando le poche di questo ristorante, non posso non scrivere la mia... spoiler: se la merita. Sono stato a cena con la famiglia, dopo essermi fatto incuriosire da un volantino lasciato sul cruscotto dell'auto. Ovviamente ho controllato le recensioni e ne ho trovate poche con il ristorante abbastanza basso in classifica... Nonostante questo, per fortuna, ci siamo detti: le foto sul volantino e sul menù sono interessati, diamogli una chance . Un ristorante dove le foto rispecchiano realmente i piatti. Carne fantastica, succosa e cotta al punto giusto (dopo gli antipasti, abbiamo preso un churrasco di picanha , un hamburger al piatto e due panini) . Ci sono piaciuti molto anche i dolci (cheesecake e churros) . Prezzi congrui alla qualità del prodotto e del servizio (molto attento anche alle richieste di presenza o meno di ingredienti poco graditi). Se riusciremo, prima di ripartire, ci torneremo sicuramente (peccato i 250kn che ci separano normalmente da questo ristorante). Per noi, Si merita in pieno 5 stelle.

11/08/2024: We ate in this lovely restaurant and cannot comment on the rooms of the B&B. We certainly wouldn't have found it without Google, as it's relatively hidden at the end of a side street. You shouldn't have a lowered car either, as the last part of the road and the parking lot are not paved. The restaurant has a beautiful terrace and is surrounded by olive trees. The staff was very accommodating and took care of us. There is no English map, but what was not clear was explained to us in English. The food was excellent. If you want to get to know the typical cuisine of Abruzzo, this is definitely the right place for you. Everything we ate was of very good quality, rich and tasty. The price is also completely reasonable. Dog wasn't a problem, I think reservation is definitely necessary during high season and on weekends. This restaurant is definitely worth a visit!

09/08/2024: We had dinner at this place which we found by chance to be really excellent. Meanwhile, compliments to the friendly, nice and fast service, nothing to say about the food, the kebabs are excellent, I recommend the platters and the pâtés with peel, the other products seem a little more commercial. Adequate prices on average €20 per person

15/08/2024: I recently had the opportunity to dine at an exceptional seafood restaurant, and the experience was truly unforgettable. I started the meal with the house starter: a harmony of marine flavors that delighted the palate. Every bite was an explosion of freshness, accompanied by perfect combinations that enhanced the natural taste of the fish. The sautéed mussels and clams was a masterpiece of simplicity and taste. The mussels and clams were cooked to perfection, soft and flavorful, with a light but rich broth, perfect for enjoying with a piece of crusty bread. The balance of flavors was masterful, highlighting the quality of the ingredients. For the main course, I chose spaghetti with clams. The pasta was cooked al dente and surrounded by a simple but extraordinary sauce, where the olive oil and garlic enhanced the delicacy of the clams. Each forkful was a journey into Mediterranean flavours, made even more pleasant by the use of the freshest ingredients. To conclude, I tasted the tart, a dessert that closed the dinner in a perfect way. The smooth texture and rich flavor made every bite a real treat. This fish restaurant is a must-see for those who love seafood cuisine, offering a culinary experience that remains etched in the memory. I highly recommend visiting for a superior gastronomic experience.

Excellent food with quality raw materials, traditional local dishes prepared in a modern way and with a high aesthetic impact. Delicious pastries and desserts. Nice, friendly staff who pay attention to the customer's well-being.

07/08/2024: Makkaroni Bros ...a great experience! Well-kept location with minimal style. Kind and attentive service. Excellent cuisine, good choice of dishes, excellent ingredients. We tasted the sheep pie, the bruschettona with caramelized onions and the entrecote steak. Definitely recommended

27/07/2024: The best granita ever at least in all of Abruzzo, it could also be in all of Italy! Truly wonderful! The ice cream is also fantastic, all natural ingredients and you get a real taste of fruit, nuts etc.! A dream truly! We always go back to Giogoloso when in Ortona ♡♡♡ The owners are also very friendly and attentive to those with celiac disease and other intolerances, I really recommend it!

03/08/2024: We returned after a couple of years. The opinion can only remain positive. Let's go in order: The food is exquisite, top-notch raw materials, nothing to complain about. The service is attentive and present. Given that it is Saturday evening and the place is almost completely full, perhaps it wasn't very fast but that's okay. The environment is refined and welcoming; The bathrooms are spotless and equipped for all eventualities. The opinion can only remain extremely positive and I invite anyone who can to go there...
