The waiter simply didn't want to deal with us Germans and didn't make any effort when we ordered. As a result, we received the wrong food twice. In the end, we didn't have to pay because he was very annoyed. The restaurant and the food are perfect!

Impeccable dinner Excellent service Excellent and carefully prepared dishes. There were 13 of us for dinner, and it's usually not easy to please everyone. A unanimous opinion, however. Full marks. Thank you for the wonderful evening.

Excellent dinner for two, a mix of industrial and chic. Pleasant, both visually pleasing and comfortable. The place isn't overly crowded, but gives guests their own space. Attentive and punctual service, and the girls are kind and smiling. The dishes are delicious. The selection is good, not overwhelming, but varied. Highly recommended. The photos are from the digital menu. They are true to the dishes that arrived. And most importantly, I forgot to take photos. 😁😁😁😁. Great job!!

There were four of us for lunch on a Saturday. We had a reservation with The Fork, and we started at 1:00 PM and finished around 2:30 PM. The place is very charming, with meticulous attention to detail. The staff is helpful, knowledgeable, and polite. We started with two appetizers: a poker of warm pasta and rosemary focaccia, followed by two first courses: a gnocchi with bacon and pistachio, and a purple gnocco with Parmesan fondue and a basil and hazelnut reduction. Next came the walnut bread and the second courses. For main courses, we had two Black Angus steaks, one with pistachios and caramelized onion, and another with walnuts and pecorino fondue, an Argentinian beef entrecote, and a black pig. We finished with four desserts: a caramel ricotta and popcorn cheesecake and three passioni fondanti, plus two coffees. For drinks, we had two glasses of wine and six bottles of water. The total was around €200. Highly recommend!!

Excellent restaurant, we really enjoyed it. The place is welcoming and pleasant, perfect for a lovely evening. The staff is kind and attentive. The dishes are delicious, prepared with fresh ingredients and beautifully presented. I definitely recommend it, I'll be back!

A refined location and high-quality raw fish: an excellent experience for couples. We visited this restaurant in the center of Pescara for a couples dinner. The location is very convenient, and the place immediately appears beautiful and well-kept. We place great value on the quality of the ingredients and a warm welcome, and here we found an excellent foundation that, with a few small adjustments to the hot dishes, can achieve absolute excellence. 👍 WHAT WE LIKED: • The Cuisine (Raw Fish & Wine): The "Tentazione di Crudi" is the real highlight: absolutely fresh, balanced flavors, and excellent presentation. The recommended wine was also an exquisite and high-quality pairing. • The Service: Impeccable, extremely kind, and very fast. The staff was also very knowledgeable in recommending the wine cellar, a detail that makes all the difference. • Atmosphere: A meticulously maintained and impeccably clean restaurant. We greatly appreciated the privacy and intimate atmosphere. 👎 SUGGESTIONS FOR IMPROVEMENT: • Main courses: While the raw fish was perfect, we found the cooked dishes to be a step below. The gnocchi with pistachio pesto and guanciale lacked a bit of flavor harmony, and we would have appreciated a much more generous serving of guanciale. Meanwhile, the "Flake Steak" and its chimichurri lacked that touch of character and authenticity to be as memorable as the appetizer. CONCLUSION: Overall, a very pleasant experience that we would recommend, especially for lovers of raw fish and good wine. The price is justified by the quality of the ingredients and the excellent service.
