26/01/2025: What can I say! Through family friendship I discovered this fantastic restaurant immersed in the greenery of the Notaresco countryside. Nice place, super welcoming staff but above all delicious food. I have now had the pleasure of frequenting him for lunch or dinner several times. Everything delicious, excellent raw materials and a truly mouth-watering menu, including desserts. Fair price for the quality offered. I highly recommend it for anyone who finds themselves passing through these parts!

20/03/2025: We chose this restaurant, appreciating it for its genuine cuisine since the times when the owner ran it in Torano Nuovo, now in Sant'Omero. We like it for its simple cuisine, inspired by the Abruzzo tradition, which offers local delicacies without frills, with particular attention to the well-being of the diner (we are what we eat). The seasonings and salt are dosed with balance. We find it ideal for a lunch break during work, thanks to freshly prepared dishes and a friendly environment, perfect for breaking up the daily routine. The combination of traditional dishes and a welcoming atmosphere makes it a point of reference to try, with modest prices that allow even daily attendance. We highly recommend this restaurant and applause goes to the "master" who keeps us healthy, maintaining a varied and delicious cuisine. Thanks so much! Oh, I forgot! They also make spectacular gripper!

17/03/2025: Following Di Stefano's review, which is usually a guarantee, I stopped for lunch with my husband. I wanted to order grilled lamb but it wasn't available, nor was there chicken with potatoes. They offered me grilled turkey breast but it was obviously cooked in a pan and to show that it was grilled they put small pieces of charcoal on top; it's a shame that they also ended up on top of the cabbage on the same plate. My husband chose the chitarra del postiglione, a generous dish and expertly served, it's a shame that the pasta didn't go well with the sauce. We ordered sparkling water but the bottle, used several times because it was probably filled by a distributor, I don't think had been washed on the outside since the days of the postilions. The bill included €15 for turkey breast and cabbage, €14 for chitarra with ricotta and sausage ragù, a sparkling water, two coffees and €5 for two covers. Total €38 discounted to €35. For €2.50 per person for a cover charge, I expect at least fabric tablecloths and a teaspoon for the coffee instead of the disposable stirrer... and maybe a bottle properly sanitized after each use. The place is almost empty so serve yourself without any rush. Given the many positive reviews, perhaps we simply didn't choose the right day... too bad.

09/03/2025: Excellence in the Marsica, uncompromising quality of raw materials, talent in the kitchen without deviating from that trattoria imprint that makes this place unique. The genuine welcome and professionalism make this restaurant a true pearl in catering, I recommend it.

The food is exceptional: we took a gourmet platter with cured meats, cheeses, vegetables, eggs and bruschetta, then potatoes with sausage and gorgonzola and meatballs in pepper sauce. The raw materials are top quality, the guys are very kind! Too bad we live too far away to go back 😢 Compliments!

The boss Andrea is the best! Excellent food quality, decidedly well-made dishes and top cocktails! A guarantee!

05/02/2025: Comfortable, familiar environment, attentive, professional staff, it is my refuge for a good breakfast, for an exquisite lunch and for a relaxing dinner. Excellent value for money, good grilled meats and kebabs, pinsas and grilled or sautéed vegetables, for me it is a necessary pit stop during work breaks or at the end of the day. Highly recommended!!!!

05/03/2025: How do you explain that you enter a restaurant and are welcomed into a bubble, where cuisine, tradition, friendship and professionalism blend wonderfully, even more than the sausage, saffron and truffle sauce with the maltagliate? How do you explain that you breathe in the scents, together with the music and the smiles and immediately feel the harmony? How do you explain it to yourself that you can't understand if you've taken a dive into tradition or into the future? Maybe that you're in a place you've never been, but that's only because it only exists here. Long live the Madonna delle Vigne, long live the gifts of life.

23/02/2025: I frequent this pizzeria by the slice occasionally, especially when we feel like eating the calzones which are sublime. Yesterday I had an experience that I want to share because it deserves attention. I ordered 20 calzones and 20 mixed pizzas, at the time of collection I was welcomed by the owner Angelo who served me the reservation and when I paid with the ATM transaction I realized in my mind that there was something wrong.... In fact he was giving me 2 trays of pizza for a total of 30 pieces and not 20. I immediately pointed it out and Angelo without hesitation admitted the mix-up, he gave me back the difference but the thing that surprised me it was, in addition to his kindness, that he wanted to leave the extra pieces of pizza inside the box, despite the money returned. This attitude of his goes beyond .... and these days it is a rare commodity! Behind the counter he moves with extreme attention and coordination.... with a smile and with education.... involving all the staff who can't help but follow his example. An example that remains imprinted on us customers and that certainly makes us want to come back..... as well as his top trousers!!!

30/01/2025: I had lunch here yesterday. Tagliata with colonnata lard, side dish with grilled vegetables...what can I say, everything is special and above all service from times gone by. The price is also excellent, worthy of mention. One of the few worthy restaurants in the area

22/12/2024: I often frequent this place and I can go so far as to give top marks to the excellent cuisine which presents a rather satisfying menu and is attentive to the use of genuine and fresh products. You can find typical Abruzzo dishes and more accompanied by a good choice of wines, the one by the glass is also excellent. Also worth trying are the homemade desserts. Excellent service. For those who don't eat meat there isn't much choice on the menu, but the staff is ready to satisfy everyone anyway.
