05/10/2025: Today I had the pleasure of lunch at Emiliano's La Fuocina, and it was a truly memorable experience. I tasted a full-blood Wagyu "Italia" rib-eye steak that was simply extraordinary: a unique, tender meat, perfectly marbled, with an intense and refined flavor. An absolute delight, never tasted before! And not just the meat: the appetizers and first courses were also meticulously prepared, balanced, and bursting with flavor. All this was accompanied by attentive and friendly service, which made the day even more enjoyable. This restaurant is absolutely worth a try, and I recommend it without hesitation to anyone who loves good food and authentic gastronomic experiences.

02/05/2026: I was impressed by the all-positive reviews... strange... obviously everyone is free to eat and, above all, write what they think... I find it ridiculous to pay €20 for a lasagna with rabbit ragù. To me, it tasted like a foratella from a construction site. Not to mention the €9 per 100g rib steak, where the menu doesn't specify the origin of the animal or the meat derived from it. I finished with the torta di rose, which I thought was frozen... it tasted like a reheated panettone, ah!!! I forgot about the very nice location, but the cheeses should be aged in a proper place, not on the shelves in the dining room... The menu is too expensive for the quality of the food... which I ate...

02/06/2026: I was persuaded by the reviews. I couldn't fault some appetizers, like the seafood salad or the octopus tentacle. As for the stuffed mussels, they were three mussels, too stuffed and didn't taste like mussels. The shrimp tails were the same, so you eat little or nothing. We wanted to try the brodetto experience, but we were disappointed. The tomato wasn't cooked enough, the brodetto didn't taste like fish, and the fish seemed to have been thrown in at the last minute. Just enough time to cook... Friendly staff. Parking on the street.

28/05/2026: From the outside, it looks like a bar, but behind it, there's a small room with a few tables where they serve a seafood menu. You can choose between two first courses and two second courses, plus appetizers based on the daily produce. Both the appetizers and the grilled fish are excellent. The seafood tagliatelle are good, but the sauce isn't as good as the tagliatelle, which is very smooth and doesn't hold the sauce—a shame, otherwise it would be a 5. Excellent service.

This is the fourth consecutive year we've chosen this place, and each time we're amazed by the quality. The lunch was TOP!: carefully prepared, decidedly gourmet dishes and top-quality ingredients. The service is impeccable, attentive but never intrusive. Great credit also goes to the wine selection, unique and top-notch, perfectly paired with the dishes. A special mention goes to Nino, always extremely helpful, kind, and professional. His attention to everyone's needs—from intolerances (like lactose-free) to children's needs—truly makes a difference and helps make the experience even more enjoyable. Thank you!
