A modern restaurant with a sea view. The cuisine is delicious, such as the Gargano red corba tartare with creamed beetroot and pioppini mushrooms, or the stuffed and fried red mullet with rosemary mayonnaise. We loved the service, with stories and anecdotes about the products and producers, a sign of professionalism and a true expert.

We sampled the full Essenza menu, and I must say it was truly a fantastic experience. Truly unique dishes, an explosion of flavors and sensations, each one better than the last. The service and customer care were impeccable. The location was truly exquisite, elegant, and romantic, perfect for a special occasion or simply to try something different.

Everything was excellent and special. You took us on a true sensory gastronomic journey, each dish a surprise of flavors, tastes, and aromas, not to mention the aesthetics of the dishes: beautiful, colorful, and elegant. The location was beautiful, elegant, refined, and comfortable. Top-notch service and super attentive staff. We will definitely be back. Everything was excellent. We ordered the six-course vegan tasting menu and were truly full afterward; it was delicious. The place is quiet and welcoming, and the service was excellent. I'll definitely be back. There's also an excellent selection of vegan wines.
