Excellent seafood restaurant! The dishes are incredibly fresh, beautifully presented, and have an authentic flavor. You can taste the quality of the ingredients and the attention to detail in every dish. The service is friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere is welcoming and relaxing. The wine selection is also good. Highly recommended, I'll definitely be back!

We had dinner at Essenza last night and were truly impressed. The flavors won us over: seemingly simple dishes, but prepared with great care and attention to detail, and above all, delicious. The wine pairings were excellent, and the value was truly excellent. 👍 It was the perfect way to end our vacation in Abruzzo. We also really appreciated the kindness and helpfulness of the staff, who were particularly attentive to our small children (they prepared a special dish for them). A wonderful experience that we highly recommend! ✨

Welcoming venue, attentive yet discreet staff. The menu we chose was Essenza, the most comprehensive, accompanied by Salazar rosé sparkling wine. Everything was absolutely excellent and of the highest quality, a heartfelt and satisfying experience for both the eyes and the palate. The red mullet is a triumph of flavor without the frying interfering with the delicacy of a fish underrated by many, contrasting acidity and sweetness in every course, each bite a crescendo of pleasant surprises, not just in terms of taste. Filippo's "minestra" even brings back memories hidden in your mind. The lingotto surpasses the barriers of the most minimalist yet exciting expression of lemon, understood as an explosion of freshness, flavor, and a spoon still trying to fish everything possible from an already polished bowl... we would have asked for seconds if we hadn't been "deliciously" full. The cost of the experience was absolutely in line with the quantity and quality. Our little Romeo, a Russell Parson Terrier, was welcomed with a metal bowl and freshly poured water. 02/06/2026: Fresh fish and ever-changing ideas for pairing it with different dishes, depending on whether you're talking raw, hot, or cold. Specifically, we sampled complete appetizers with oysters and noteworthy raw fish, smoked spaghetti with Normandy butter, anchovy sauce and bottarga, and to finish, a crispy, dry fried fish. The Trebbiano wine from an Abruzzo winery was paired with the dish. The price was absolutely competitive and in line with what we tasted.
