Polite, helpful, and knowledgeable staff.
Ample parking with access for people with reduced mobility.
Clean and welcoming shop.

28/08/2025: The best pizza by the slice in the area, a must-visit for those spending their summer holidays in Tortoreto Lido and the surrounding area. It's a shame they forgot a few slices of pizza in the takeout order this year. Usually, we never have problems like this, but the poor service caused quite a few problems at dinner when we realized it, and obviously by then it was too late to return. Overall, I'd say the pizza is excellent and reasonably priced. Without ordering, you risk getting very little at dinner, so I always recommend booking beforehand.

06/10/2025: Incompetent staff despite a reservation. After thirty minutes of queuing, the owner turned on the queue management system and made everyone queue again, without taking into account the already long line.
The product I ordered wasn't ready, and on top of that, I was given something for something else.
The staff was also rude and uninterested.
Unfortunately, it's not the first time, and people were complaining outside.

02/10/2025: I've been there several times. The food is poor, the people serving the food are very rude, and the atmosphere is dirty. Plus, I didn't feel well after I left. So, I wouldn't recommend coming here. Avoid.
27/09/2025: Terrible experience! It's true that in Chinese restaurants they bring everything quickly, but today they served us backwards; the appetizers came with coffee. The quality was terrible; the prawns tasted like two roasted crickets. I'll avoid describing the tofu with peppers and beef...a panna cotta-like mush immersed in a brown liquid. I don't recommend it.

It's a shame that the location is wonderful, but the treatment I received is a far cry from that.

19/01/2026: Very nice atmosphere. The dessert I ordered was very good, although it was a little runny with a bit of water in it. That's okay, but it doesn't matter. The lady was a little annoyed, but maybe she was stressed. Overall, I had a good time.
