07/09/2025: Beachfront campsite, definitely a recent acquisition from the Club del Sole group, with great potential for improvement, especially in the glamping section. A heartfelt compliment to the housekeeping service; bathrooms and showers are always very clean. The beach, both public and private, is a bit small, with both sand and gravel. The sea is beautiful and deep enough from the very first meters. The entertainment staff was exceptional; everyone was very young but professional and engaging. Roseto is a beautiful town, and the surrounding area is interesting. I'll be back to improve my rating, because so far, Club del Sole has always pleasantly surprised me.

06/09/2025: We stayed at the Club del Sole in Roseto degli Abruzzi and had a wonderful time! The accommodation was new, well-maintained, and equipped with very useful amenities like a microwave and dishwasher. The restaurant was a pleasant surprise: excellent, plentiful, and varied meals. The staff was always friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is quiet and suitable for families with children, with large areas dedicated to physical activity and games. The entertainment staff organizes well-structured and engaging activities for the little ones. A truly positive experience that made us feel at home. Highly recommended!

20/10/2025: Eight of us went to this restaurant and left feeling outraged. We paid €200 for a first course and a second course with five pieces of chicken (which the lady had the nerve to call "4 portions"). Totally disproportionate compared to the quantity (and quality) of the food served. In the end, no receipt was issued, no receipt, and the POS terminal "didn't work"—unsurprisingly. Cash only, and the entire experience was handled with an arrogant and rude attitude from the staff. Zero professionalism, zero respect for the customers. An experience that I strongly advise against. I strongly advise against this place for anyone who wants to eat well, be treated with respect, and not feel ripped off. Never again.

29/08/2025: Terrible, highly discouraged! Rude and mean staff, so much for Southern hospitality! The incredibly rude lady who runs the place noticed some swimmers who, from the public beach, went to rinse their feet at the dedicated fountain, the one near the showers, before leaving the beach. (I should point out that, for some obscure reason, the public beaches in Pescara aren't equipped with showers or taps. Very strange, I've been to Jesolo, Caorle, Bibione, Eraclea Mare, and Grado, etc., and all the public beaches there offer a minimum of public service with showers and various taps. Oh well.) This very annoyed lady waited for the adults to leave and then made a fuss about the boy left behind, who was just wiping his feet, arguing that he couldn't use the tap (cold water, by the way) because he hadn't rented an umbrella... she didn't have the courage to tell her parents, though...! In a very immature and shameful way, he turned off the water to prevent bathers who don't rent umbrellas at his beach resort from using the tap. Both showers and taps are completely chargeable, both hot and cold ones. I've never seen such a low and ridiculous gesture. How sad!!!!

16/11/2025: It's a place I highly recommend because it caters to everyone. From the entrees to the meat, from the pizza to the desserts, they're sublime. The quality is unquestionable, the authentic flavors are hard to find, and you can be sure you're getting the right price (which isn't cheap, but it's fair). Designed for singles and families, it's also suitable for large groups. Convenient parking is available nearby. Finally, a restaurant that also thinks about children, who can play safely after eating in a fun, enclosed, fenced-in play area. Listing the must-try dishes is reductive, because everything is truly worth trying. The meat is absolutely not to be missed, because you can tell it's not from the usual farms. But the arrosticini, Florentine steak, and chicken have never tasted so good. I still dream about the cheese and egg meatballs. The generous portion of pistachio cheesecake (the real thing, without artificial coloring) is a must-try. The staff is extremely kind and the service is fast.

19/08/2025: An absurd waste of time, lousy service. I went in to ask for two ham and mushroom pizzas, but they weren't there. As I was leaving, the girl said, "I'll have them made for you." While I waited, I asked for two hot dogs, but she literally ignored me, as she was busy checking her phone. After 15 minutes of pointless waiting in the heat—the place is literally a baking oven and you can't breathe—she told me the pizzas were made with potatoes and sausage. 15 minutes wasted. She and the pizza chef were both slackers. Luckily, there's a store on Corso Vittorio Emanuele II.

31/07/2025: I didn't consume anything but they changed my money for the parking meter and welcomed me very kindly.

12/10/2025: We were there for a birthday party in a large group of about 30 people. The seafood appetizers were questionable; the first course was supposed to be spaghetti with clams, but it was randomly changed to mussels and clams with or without tomato sauce. The service took a long time, which was a good thing for us because we were spending the afternoon there, but it was obvious that there were more people than the otherwise friendly staff could handle. The location was perfect, however, because we were in the shade of the trees, so the weather was ideal.

21/09/2025: Unfortunately, this last day at the beach was ruined by the poor organization of the kitchen which went haywire... and I was unable to eat... after 2 hours of waiting.... Diet...

05/10/2025: Wait time for two vegetable dishes. An hour and a half. And if you try to ask anything about the order, they even give you a rude answer. Especially when you have nowhere else to go...

Everything was excellent, from the starters to the pizzas and desserts. Great background music. Friendly service, and you feel right at home. Paolo opened his doors to us and took excellent care of us. It was an incredible dinner, one you won't forget. Thank you very much. 13/09/2025: I would have liked to write more, but we didn't manage to eat. We made reservations on a busy evening, but it would have been more appropriate to say "sorry, there's no room" rather than leave several diners at uncleared tables. The tablecloth was dirty, and we picked up the crumbs ourselves, without water or a menu for an hour. I understand the crowds, but it's more embarrassing not to accept a reservation than to say yes. I got up and left. I won't be returning. Anyone who prioritizes quantity over quality personally shouldn't be in the restaurant business.

06/09/2025: We went to Barbanera for dinner today, September 6, 2025. An experience to forget, left to our own devices. The grilled fish was embarrassing. I've never seen anything like it. 17 euros for a tiny piece of fish and a skewer of shrimp. It was incredibly sad! The other diners also had broken squid, just four tiny pieces on their plates. A mind-blowing price for that miserable dinner. I honestly feel like I was being taken for a ride. NEVER AGAIN!!!
