17/08/2025: The pizza isn't bad, though it's quite heavy and leaves some doubts about the quality of the ingredients. Not the worst I've ever eaten, but certainly far from light or memorable. What really made me turn up my nose, however, was something else: we ordered two simple potato croquettes and found bacon inside. Too bad the ingredients weren't even listed. My friend and I are vegetarians and, without knowing it, found ourselves eating meat. We only realized this afterwards, and I think this contributed to the fact that we both felt pretty sick later. I understand that mistakes can happen, but this isn't a minor detail: correctly listing the ingredients is the bare minimum in a restaurant. It's not a matter of taste, but of respect for those with specific dietary choices or actual intolerances.

27/10/2025: The large table of childhood friends that cements the bonds of affection, the place with the most pronounced autumnal charm among foliage and crystal-clear streams, a walk rich in encounters with mushrooms and even an unexpected wolf, overshadow the well-prepared dishes. A magical place, enchanting, and wonderful are the adjectives used by those who frequented it for the first time. As for the dishes offered: traditional dishes, gnocchi, chitarra with porcini mushrooms, beautifully presented grilled scamorza, grilled lamb just the way you've always wanted it with potatoes and vegetables, all very welcome. Looking forward to the polenta to close out the season.

23/08/2025: I'm not a food critic, so I won't go into detail. My home cooking is always the best. Today, however, I ate well, appreciated the service, and the bill was reasonable. If I were to find myself in this area again, I'd return to this restaurant to feel at home for a while.

05/09/2025: A distinctive atmosphere, somewhere between rustic and modern, features outdoor seating in the obelisk square and three indoor dining rooms for cooler or rainy evenings. The pizzas are excellent, both with and without crust (specify when ordering). Tex Willer-style grilled steaks and traditional Abruzzo dishes are also available. Service is fast and attentive. The red beer is excellent. Prices are reasonable, but not excessive.

27/08/2025: A beautiful and relaxing day, immersed in nature, among woods and meadows. Some of the installations along the trail could use some better maintenance, but the kids had a blast visiting the elves' houses. And after the trail, you arrive at the beautiful paradise cabin, where you can relax and eat, even to the sound of music.

30/08/2025: This coffee pod and capsule shop has been operating for several years, although its name has changed over time. It's located on Via Zmarvinj, Pescara. Currently, the business is well-run by people who are evidently capable, courteous, and helpful. However, you don't always find the products you're looking for. A few months ago, I had to contact the parent company of a well-known Trieste brand because the item (decaffeinated espresso capsules) wasn't available at Aromaticafe. I must confess that since then, I haven't made purchases at this store because I found it particularly convenient to buy online directly from the manufacturer. However, the impression I got from the person I spoke to was very positive, as I felt I was speaking to a very knowledgeable person.

17/08/2025: First time in this place, breathtaking view, excellent dishes and kind and helpful staff, especially Ludovica who was always available and really served us and revered.. thank you Ludovica, keep it up because your friendliness repays the customer.. we will definitely return.

19/08/2025: Fuochi di San Franco 2025 disappointing service staff who were not convinced of what they were doing to bring bottles of water and bread we waited too long non-existent wine in bottles etc fried food too heavy full of oil then for the first courses not brought together with all the diners who were eating and others ... waiting neg .. I have eaten better comments to the later ones arduous judgement

16/08/2025: We had dinner at the restaurant and had a terrible experience. We ordered a pizza, specifying how we wanted it twice, and it arrived covered in fries we hadn't asked for. Instead of remaking it, the waitress removed the fries with her hands. The dishes arrived reversed: the first course was served with the second course, and they didn't even want to send it back. Most importantly, I ate dinner an hour after the people I was with. But the worst came when we got the bill. When asked "Is everything okay?" we obviously said no. The bill was given without mentioning the discount, and when we asked for one, the cashier disappeared for an hour while the waitress started to feel sorry for the problematic waiter. After a 10-minute meeting, we were granted a €1.90 discount. Terrible.

27/10/2025: The foodie tour and cooking class with Giulia was outstanding. We toured a flour mill and an organic vineyard, then went back to the masseria to make traditional Abruzzese appetizers, pasta, and cookies. Thank you, Giulia, for a truly memorable and authentic experience; it was a highlight of our trip and will live on in our grateful hearts.

04/08/2025: A family and friends stay with children, disastrous. The lady recommended some very expensive excursions that weren't even worth half the price we paid.

27/08/2025: Pizzeria, pastry shop, and egg pasta in Gioia de Marsi... I can't describe the deliciousness of these products at this place, which also serves a superb aperitif and dinner. 23/09/2025: Everything was impeccable. From the food to the hospitality, to the service. We chose Villa Bianca to celebrate our wedding and were thrilled. All our guests had a wonderful time, even the older ones and families with children, complimenting us on the location, the food, and the attention and care given to every detail and everyone's needs, from small requests to moments of entertainment and fun. They were treated with the utmost care, as is their longstanding tradition. They were truly very, very happy!

The hospitality and professionalism of Gianni, Katya, and Marina were impeccable: every detail was attended to with care and discretion, allowing us to experience the event with serenity and joy. The opening buffet surprised everyone with its richness and variety, offering delicacies of the highest quality. The elegant and bright interior dining room welcomed guests into a refined atmosphere, where the dishes were accompanied by a selection of wines appreciated and remembered by many of our guests. The day continued with the captivating rhythms of Paco and the band Studio 54, who enlivened the room, transforming it into a true celebration, combining conviviality and elegance. The dessert buffet, served outdoors, concluded the gastronomic experience with taste and refinement, leaving room for the DJ, who kept everyone dancing until late at night in an enchanting setting. Villa Bianca successfully combined quality, beauty, and impeccable organization. We are deeply grateful for making our wedding a perfect experience, one that will remain etched in our memories and those of our guests.
