Ristorante del Lido Peppone e Don Camillo In Francavilla al mare

I'm giving it 5 stars only because I can't give it 6. This coastal beach, unlike the mountain beaches with higher contours, offers seafood specialties from the Chieti area. The outdoor decor has a D'Annunzio flavor. The host is also very friendly, entertaining guests and offering helpful advice. I recommend it for team-building events, baptisms, or chess club meetings.

Superb arrosticini, perfectly cooked, truly excellent quality (no unpleasant "bad" flavors, not during dinner but especially the next day 👍 I highly recommend it. Overall, the food is very good, and the dinner service is fast and precise. The quality of the ingredients is very good (the tomatoes on the Caprese focaccia were particularly good and "meaty," probably because they were local tomatoes). The atmosphere [at dinner] was quiet and informal, considering it's a (historic) beach. So, the quality/price ratio is truly advantageous. I wholeheartedly recommend 🙈 to all my followers to try this restaurant at least once. +++++
