We started with just 40 minutes to take our order, with waiters wandering around the rooms, randomly moving glasses to empty tables and staring blankly into space. Cold fried cheese inside, pizza supposedly cooked in a wood-fired oven (the wood-fired oven was turned off, so pizzas were coming out of the kitchen), we preferred not to delve into the other dishes. A place with great potential, shame about the management.

We only intended to pop into Edo's Cinciarinho for a quick glass of wine this evening. We ended up staying much longer and having two glasses, as it's a very cozy place. The wonderful atmosphere made our visit very pleasant, and the staff were incredibly friendly. The little snack we enjoyed with our wine was excellent – ​​thank you! We felt very comfortable and will definitely be back.

The appetizers and first courses were very good (the pappardelle with duck sauce was excellent). The grilled meats need to be reviewed.

The cuisine is superb: traditional dishes made with fresh ingredients and authentic flavors. A true haven where you can recharge your batteries. Highly recommended!
