25/02/2026: We had two arancini, one with sauce and the other with pistachio and shrimp, both huge and delicious 😋 Then my husband and I shared a parmigiana. Everything was excellent. The service staff were very kind and friendly. If we're ever in Pescara again, we'll definitely stop by!

30/11/2025: I wanted to be impartial and give a review without discrediting the place, but since I'm so amused by the owner's response to "fake" based on the power of premonition, I can't help but give them what they deserve.
Beep boop, I'm a robot making random reviews of a mediocre pizzeria with undercooked sauce and subpar mozzarella on pizza that calls itself "Roman." And this is coming from a robot who lived in Rome for 27 years.
Besides, without supplì, you can't eat pizza in Rome, and you completely lack a fried food section.
How fake of me.

When paying at the register, we politely expressed our concerns about the food served, and the owner shrugged her shoulders without even saying, "I'm sorry."

09/12/2025: Technical stop for an extremely quick lunch, a first course saffron risotto, a side dish that I would have liked to take a photo of but it was so little, 4 forkfuls, water, coffee, and a cover charge of €18.50 were enough. Now, not to be picky, but the coffee I paid €1.50 for at the counter, I ask for the cost of €1.20, €4 for 5 chicory leaves, €0.75 water €2.50, the cover charge €2.50, three slices of bread and I ate with paper napkins. But what do you think? If you are a restaurateur, let me know because I think something went wrong. In any case, I don't think I'll stop at this place again.

22/03/2026: I tried the pinsa and I have to say it's excellent. The dough is excellent, the toppings are rich and high-quality. I also bought some neole (ferratelle-pizzelle) with firm dough, just the way I like it, and they turned out great too. Even after a few days, they haven't lost their crunchiness.

Thank you for making us feel at home.
08/01/2026: On the evening of January 4th, I went to this restaurant with my husband and 3-year-old son, who immediately took a liking to it.
I wanted to emphasize the kindness, refinement, and helpfulness of the waiter and owner in explaining and bringing the dishes and drinks.
The food was truly good: tagliatelle with wild boar in white sauce and mixed grilled meats, followed by a crema catalana.

27/08/2025: I didn't have the pleasure of enjoying the food due to the owner's total inability to handle the unexpected event of an impromptu demonstration by ultra-citizen fans who sat on the laps of the unfortunate customers outside and who had to flee, paying for the inconvenience suffered.
21/08/2025: Excellent vegetarian pinsa: very light pasta and perfect sauce. Excellent service and friendly staff.
