08/10/2025: As a Sicilian, I can say that I've rarely eaten things so far removed from the true flavors of my homeland. The cannoli is too sweet, the cipollina is flavorless and without onion, and the arancino... well, calling it an arancino is an insult to the real thing. I expected much more, but instead I left disappointed and feeling like I'd wasted my time and money. The unfriendly and uninteresting staff certainly didn't improve the experience either. For those looking for authentic Sicilian pastries, unfortunately, you won't find them here.

01/10/2025: Although a bit small inside (in warmer seasons, it's made up for outside), it's a showcase of Sicilian gastronomic and pastry excellence in the heart of Pescara and beyond. Arancini and cannoli are freshly prepared upon request. They taste like they were made in Palermo or Catania.

10/09/2025: Sat down outside after getting a welcoming smile from a sweet woman working there. She did not steer us wrong! The platter was to die for, the lasagna was probably the best thing I’ve ever tasted in my life and the wine recommendations were phenomenal. Can’t wait to go back to Pescara so I can go back.

06/09/2025: Rossella is nothing short of phenomenal. Her gracious hospitality and vast culinary knowledge, combined with a cuisine that showcases local flavors and traditions, are the perfect combination for any occasion.

12/10/2025: We were there for a birthday party in a large group of about 30 people. The seafood appetizers were questionable; the first course was supposed to be spaghetti with clams, but it was randomly changed to mussels and clams with or without tomato sauce. The service took a long time, which was a good thing for us because we were spending the afternoon there, but it was obvious that there were more people than the otherwise friendly staff could handle. The location was perfect, however, because we were in the shade of the trees, so the weather was ideal.

21/09/2025: Unfortunately, this last day at the beach was ruined by the poor organization of the kitchen which went haywire... and I was unable to eat... after 2 hours of waiting.... Diet...

15/09/2025: A beautiful, well-equipped beach, but spartan in the best and most positive sense of the word. A bar and restaurant with good food, self-service umbrellas, and patrons seeking tranquility and relaxation. Highly recommended.

27/08/2025: Had dinner last night as a couple. A very satisfying experience; the seafood mezze maniche was delicious! The fried fish and fish skewers were equally excellent. The young woman who served us was attentive and kind. The location is charming, right on the seafront. Definitely worth a try!

05/06/2025: I was disappointed with my order today. The portion does not reflect what’s on the menu images and there was barely any taste giving the fact that the amount of chocolate on top was very small. We also ordered waffle balls but instead got a full waffle piece. It was expected to be much better compared to the pictures displayed and the prices.

09/03/2025: If I could, I'd give it 0 stars. The staff is unfriendly and rude. The crepes are anemic and taste like nothing.

28/10/2025: I spent the summer here and overall had a great time. The beach is clean, quiet, and well-maintained, with lovely gazebos and children's playgrounds, making it a perfect place for families. The restaurant is truly excellent: the freshest fish (the mixed fried fish is exceptional!) and delicious pizzas, both by the plate and by the slice. Plus, the sea view from the restaurant is breathtaking, and the staff is always kind and friendly. Unfortunately, there are some downsides: the bathrooms were often not clean, and there was no toilet paper. I also witnessed a very unpleasant scene: an elderly man managing the cash register harshly scolded a clearly autistic child for screaming, unaware of the situation. It was truly unpleasant to witness, and I hope such incidents never happen again. Overall, however, the beach remains an excellent place to spend a relaxing day at the beach, with good food and a welcoming atmosphere. Recommended!

20/09/2025: I had pizza (buffalo mozzarella, anchovies, and radicchio), gelato, and coffee. All very good, with efficient and friendly service. The atmosphere was spacious and quaint, especially since my table overlooked the beach. Highly recommended.

24/04/2025: Meravigliosa location un bellissimo panorama sulla vallata, ampio parcheggio, ottimo l’ arredamento e di gusto che richiama lo stile montano, meraviglioso camino, dal proprietario al personale gentile, pronto ad ogni esigenza del cliente, abbondanti gli antipasti che vanno dagli affettati alla polenta a varie combinazioni con fagioli ceci ortaggi, vasta scelta di primi e secondi, ben fornita e di qualità la cantina, ottima la pasticceria.

18/03/2025: Bella e tipica costruzione che rispecchia i canoni della montagna ampio parcheggio panorama eccezionale della vallata sottostante, all’interno arredamenti di qualità, ben disposti che favoriscono la conversazione, meraviglioso il camino imponente al centro del locale, il proprietario affabile e cortese, il personale discreto e solerte sempre con un sorriso, il menù è composto da tre scelte antipasti e primo antipasti e secondo o primo e secondo, buoni e numerosi gli antipasti, ottimo il primo con ragù pasta fatta in casa melanzane e zucchine, strepitosa la tagliata di carne morbida e di qualità. Il prezzo rispecchia il locale e la qualità del mangiato.

08/11/2025: Excellent bar at the beginning of the Tiburtina highway. Parking is available a few steps away in the Lidl parking lot. Many park on the sidewalk in front of the bar, but they often incur fines.

13/10/2025: A café and snack bar located on the busy Via Tiburtina. It's clean and spacious, making it ideal for a quick snack. Breakfasts are carefully prepared by the friendly staff, using a good blend of coffee and serving delicious croissants. Lunch service is conducted with dedication and humility. The dishes may not be prepared by a Michelin-starred chef, but their simplicity and deliciousness make them highly appreciated by many.
