03/08/2024: Overall everything is good. The only flaw is certainly the service which was good but too hasty, two people cannot do everything in the best possible way. I would recommend adding more staff as everything else was good and I recommend it especially for the food and the magnificent view of Vicenza.

17/07/2024: Da passaparola mi hanno segnalato questa trattoria, visto che a me piace toccare con mano ho deciso di prenotare x cena, quando arrivi sulla piazza vedi il locale un bellissimo edificio in sasso bianco che ha una terrazza che gode di un discreto panorama volto sulla città di Vicenza, il personale, a gestione familiare e attento preparato gentile e professionale sempre pronto a soddisfare qualsiasi esigenza del cliente. I piatti, tutti di prim'ordine dalla pasta fatta in casa fettuccine al tartufo fresco tagliolini al carbone vegetale con burrata pomodorini e gamberi polpo grigliato strepitoso morbido gustoso una piccola nota dolente sul baccalà alla vicentina non x la freschezza o bontà ma x la troppa quantità nel piatto e x la presenza di troppo olio. Ottimi anche i contorni. ,(menu alla carta di carne e pesce) In sintesi alla trattoria al cavallino trovi una location veramente molto bella e curata, la materia prima e eccellente preparata con alta maestria della cucina dove nulla e lasciato al caso. Il personale e altamente professionale, sempre attenti sorridenti disponibili e altamente professionali. Veramente consigliato !!

20/08/2024: I don't come often, but every time I come I eat well. We took stewed octopus as a very tasty appetizer, a very creamy pasta with saffron, courgettes and prawns. For my second course, I had a delicious piece of meat and my partner had a slice of Angus cooked very well! To finish, tiramisu as the icing on the cake! Advised

Service was not particularly attentive and attentive even if the location was quite nice. amazing appetizer but cut to standard. you feel that the meat is of good quality but actually excessively priced for the service, location and food

13/07/2024: Recommended by word of mouth I went to try everything. The expectations were very high, and perhaps this affects my judgment, for which I apologize in advance. I ate well and the place deserves a return. A limitation, in my opinion, is the digital-only menu with signal difficulties, something I noticed at other tables. The opening and the trio of raw meats are excellent. From the room you can enjoy a wonderful view. Excellent table service. I'll try to tackle other dishes for my updated opinion.

20/08/2024: The croissants are delicious, I love the cream ones, I recommend it!!! Nice environment, modern, with music, nice internal room, kind and smiling shop assistants and waitresses!!! As a tourist I recommend it

03/08/2024: Excellent restaurant with particular attention to the quality of the raw materials, the preparation of the dishes, with balanced and satisfying flavours, is highly appreciated. Very welcoming staff and availability of a sommelier for the correct combination of wines. Price more than adequate for the quality (€86 for two with 2 starters, 2 first courses, 1 dessert and 2 glasses).

09/07/2024: What can I say, we couldn't find anything better! Truly many compliments to the young chef Paolo who delighted us with stellar dishes! Each dish is a spectacle for the sight and the palate! The place is also furnished with great taste, we hope to be able to return soon! 12/08/2024: It remains one of the favorite pizzerias. An environment in which you can breathe a bit of that Naples that stole my heart years ago. I never leave reviews because I find them, in some cases, potentially harmful to the poor workers... but here it is really due. Very kind and attentive staff, incredible pizza (always baked in a few minutes by the way) and very honest prices. If only they would take inspiration from them... Actually no. “Da Vittorio” is only one and that's fine.

11/08/2024: Con tanto dispiacere dopo 8 mesi dalla mia prima esperienza in questa pizzeria e purtroppo la situazione è cambiata,non si può considerare una pizza napoletana (sono napoletano e lo posso assicurare).. l'impasto gommoso e soprattutto un cornicione immangiabile impasto crudo e pesante. Oltretutto prendiamo una capricciosa e il prosciutto cotto aveva un brutto gusto.. abbiamo provato quel prosciutto cotto in tre..ed il gusto era davvero brutto.. Abbiamo anche avvisato la cameriera.. Al conto abbiamo parlato con la titolare ci ha decurtato la pizza..anche xchè la pizza è stata lasciata.. Sinceramente mi è dispiaciuto che la titolare continuava a dire che il problema è il nostro palato ma non il prodotto... (La vera pizza napoletana è friabile)..il cornicione deve essere alto si ma vera pizza è chiamata a ruota di carro..ben stesa con cornicione di almeno 2 cm e non 6! Sono partito da cittadella per arrivare lì con grandi aspettative.. Deluso.

08/08/2024: Excellent restaurant along the A4 Milan-Venice motorway, near Vicenza. Attentive and quality cuisine. Very welcoming interior spaces. Professionalism and courtesy of the staff, attention to customer needs. Large outdoor parking. TO BE RECOMMENDED.

02/07/2024: Beautiful characteristic trattoria restaurant the food is traditional even a little reworked we ate gnocchi and carbonara with a fried snack all exceptional found by chance but it was a pleasant surprise to return

10/08/2024: We celebrated my mother's 80th birthday with a very successful evening. Superior dishes and wines both à la carte and in the various menus or suggested at the moment. The courtesy and preparation of the maitre Pietro is also appreciable in illustrating the various dishes and recommending the right wines to match. Absolutely recommended if you want a touch of sophistication without spending too much. A thousand thanks. Really. 🙂

22/07/2024: The wedding of our dreams!! We chose "Ristorante Alla Pergola" for our wedding and everything was perfect!! Impeccable organization, we were followed in every little choice with patience and kindness, the food is from a starred restaurant, cake and small pastry shop to leave you speechless. We were immediately fascinated by the setting with the always well-kept garden, the flowering Pergola and the modern and clean interior, but what won us over most of all was the affection of the people who work in this location every day. Special thanks go to Pietro, who carefully and precisely accompanied us throughout the journey, listening to our emotions and always advising us with a sensitivity that not many have, to Alex and Santo, extraordinary chefs who make you live unique taste experiences.
