20/03/2026: A very well-kept restaurant, the beautiful wooden furnishings create a pleasant atmosphere. The first course, lasagna, was excellent. The second course, duck fillet, was cooked medium rare, but the meat was bland and tasted bland. The glass of red wine they offered, Valpolicella, was very welcome, and the price was reasonable. Service was provided by a young but competent and attentive staff, both in welcoming guests and during the meal. Prices were moderately high, and in keeping with the restaurant's reputation.
17/03/2026: In the center of Bassano, regional cuisine in a rustic, wood-paneled restaurant. Refined dishes, excellent ingredients. The young, knowledgeable staff advises customers on seasonal cuisine. Personally, I'm disappointed by the risotto, a dish recommended off-menu (but delicious), for its undisclosed price of €40 for two and its exceptionally small portions, considering the portions of the other diners. The photo proves it. Prices are slightly high.

13/01/2026: The atmosphere is very refined. The staff is very friendly. I had dinner there; the thin-crust pizza was delicious. They have a wide variety of toppings. Worth a try.
Prices are reasonable.
The only downside of the evening was the excessive background noise in the ground-floor dining room, which was full on that occasion. Better soundproofing would make it more enjoyable. This, however, doesn't affect the overall good rating.

25/01/2026: Unfortunately, the food quality is poor, and you can't leave a place where you feel good. The cocktails are good, but if you're there for food, I recommend an aperitif or a snack at most. But leave the meat alone... it's a shame, it's also a nicely decorated place.

Every aspect is meticulously crafted; traditional dishes like Vicenza-style cod are masterfully executed, but what truly astonished me was the raw fish, which satisfied my Sicilian friend with a very refined palate.
Highlights: creamed cod with truffle on a chestnut wafer, and the sorbets with sophisticated pairings and crystal-clear flavors.
The wine list is satisfying, with some positive surprises.

Everything was truly perfect!
Exquisite local dishes, top-notch pizza (super thin, just like I like it), exceptional hospitality, fantastic view... Even the bill was very sweet.
Truly, if I were local, I would come here very often.

02/03/2026: My boyfriend and I spent a weekend in Bassano del Grappa and tried pizza at this place for dinner. It's located near the historic Bassano bridge, and the location is beautiful. It has several rooms; we ended up in a small room, a bit claustrophobic for our tastes. We had two good pizzas, but the price was completely unjustified. I'm not questioning the quantity, the dough, etc., but the quality/price ratio was too unfair. It's certainly quaint, so it's still a pleasant dinner.
09/02/2026: The focaccia is good, with a light, well-balanced dough. The bread is decent, but I've had better. A little more friendliness wouldn't hurt: the gentleman at the counter is a bit intimidating.

28/02/2026: Dinner with friends, a truly enjoyable evening! Typical restaurant, friendly and helpful staff. Traditional cuisine, good wine. Very good appetizers, especially the fettuccine with Morlacco and porcini mushrooms. I'll definitely be back to try other dishes. I highly recommend it!
20/02/2026: Fantastic osteria. The guancale and the little octopuses are worth talking about. All in all, Italy at its best.

05/10/2025: I had lunch today, I was able to try several dishes and I found everything excellent, spectacular truffle risotto, exquisite and perfectly cooked fillet, very tender pork cheeks, since we were 13 people we also made a bit of a mess but the staff was very kind and helpful with us
02/10/2025: We had heard that the food was good but we had never been there, today we had 2 truffle risottos, they were excellent, then sliced beef and cod Vicenza-style, all excellent, traditional but well-kept and clean environment. We really had a great time.
