25/08/2024: We had a beautiful 5 nights stay in August 2024, we reserved through booking, but I recommend you reserve directly with the hotel. The room was very nice, clean, high quality furniture and bed, with comfortable mattress and pillows. The bathroom was clean, modern, functional. If you want towels to be taken there are instructions saying to leave them on the floor. The shampoo/shower gel & hand soap are good quality, we even bought a shower gel for 10€. The breakfast was delicious, a wide range of options and it costs 10€ / person / day (a fair price) You could choose from: omelette, ham, cheese, mozzarella, croissants (with butter and with cream/fruit fillings or pistachio filling), various fresh juice options, boiled eggs, bruschete, pancakes with various jam options or Nutella. Also, there were different cakes to choose from, freshly cut fruit, au gratin vegetables, etc. The receptionists were very helpful, giving all the necessary information to get around. A very special thanks to Denise who I could speak Dutch with, you made our stay very good, but also to all of the staff! Definitely a good option for next summer if they keep their good practices and prices.

10/12/2024: I'm just saying that out of three evenings in Venice we always had dinner here. The owners are kind and available for every request. The food was delicious. 100 for Jack pizza, 100 for spaghetti with scampi, 100 for panzerotti. Excellent quality/price ratio. Thank you we felt at home.

22/11/2024: Very nice staff, excellent food, nice little restaurant in one of the back streets. We had Spaghetti Vongole, Burata, Fish, Venetian liver and Tiramisu. All good, clear recommendation.

12/12/2024: Forget about the common pizza pasta restaurants that fill Venice and lurk tourists. Here you get Italian cuisine at its best. The food here is very quiet. Not overseasoned and not the other way. Simple quality ingredients cooked to perfection. The plating is very rustic, so the food appears very common. And it is, In a very good way, as often the best Italian food is., But at the same time, it also makes one think and say Hah! The tasting menu of nine dishes for 60 Euro (cover charge included) was a really good way to get impressed by the restaurant's menu. From a very classical and very good Vitello Tonnato, to an impressive beetroot dish that is probably the best beetroot I have ever tasted. 1 A wine pairing of 3 glasses for 20 euro is a very good value for money. I wouldn't say it's the best restaurant I have been to, but it was a very nice unexpected surprise.

12/12/2024: We loved this restaurant. Excellent food in a charming but low-key setting, at a very reasonable price for the quality. We had two pasta dishes, both of which were versions of Venetian classics (one with beans, the other with anchovies), which were delicious. We also had their fried chicken with root vegetables, which was amazing. Excellent wine selection & the bread was perfect. Highly recommended for an on point & creative execution of Venetian cuisine.

26/10/2024: We visited this restaurant for lunch. All food was on top level with interesting combinations. The only downside is a bit small wine selecion. If you are in the area, it is definitely worth a visit.

01/11/2024: Tired of paying €40 per person for a bruschetta, spaghetti or pizza, cover and a bottle of water? Then this place is for you: well-made and unpretentious sandwiches and salads, you can sit there and take out your bottle of water without having to pay for it. Fast and efficient service. The places outside are pleasant, even if they are few in number We got it for around €8 per person.

18/08/2024: A super friendly bar located on a corner where you are well looked after by Georgia & her team. Very welcoming and the food is tasty and well priced and you can sit comfortably and watch the world go round and people watch. It’s my regular in the Campo!

17/08/2024: Best espresso I think I’ve ever had. And for €1.5! Sandwiches were also excellent. I came back here four times during my two days in the city. I highly recommend coming here and trying the espresso. These guys are also open very early which is excellent.

01/12/2024: Very good price and very very good quality. We ate twice and it was the best place to eat in the area. They only charge you €1 per person for the service. Other places make it more expensive with that. I recommend 100%

28/11/2024: Estábamos dando un paseo, buscando un lugar adecuado para disfrutar de una taza de café cuando nos topamos fortuitamente con este restaurante. Cortésmente preguntamos con un servidor si sería aceptable simplemente tomar café, y él respondió de una manera cordial, asegurándonos que estaba absolutamente bien. El capuchino servido aquí es excepcionalmente delicioso, y tuve el placer de saborear el tiramisú más exquisito. Poseía una textura ligera y esponjosa, no demasiado dulce. Al preguntar con el servidor, descubrí que están muy orgullosos de su tiramisú, ya que está meticulosamente hecho en casa. La bruschetta que pedí era igualmente encantador. Nos instalamos cómodamente, participando en la gente - mirando mientras saboreamos nuestro café, aperitivo y postre. Si el postre y el café son de una calidad tan excepcional, solo puedo suponer que los platos principales probablemente sean igualmente deliciosos. Sin duda volveremos en un momento posterior para explorar más a fondo su oferta culinaria. Nuestro servidor, Pablol, fue un individuo ejemplar, demostrando la máxima amabilidad y atención durante toda nuestra visita.

Its strength is the excellence of the freshest fish processed with professionalism, to give the palate explosions of culinary pleasure, all in an elegant and welcoming environment. The menu is varied and features many dishes that are classics for fish lovers, such as the rich choice of raw appetizers or the excellent fried scampi. This place, with its delicacies, offers intense gastronomic emotions. Ideal for important evenings. What more can I say? I'll be back soon.

06/12/2024: He luchado para encontrar un buen lugar para comer a un precio razonable durante mi estancia en Venecia. Mi esposa y yo tuvimos un almuerzo maravilloso aquí, con comida italiana tradicional y un servicio súper amable y rápido. Qué seguro. También es familiar.

30/11/2024: It was a tough choice among the restaurants in Venice, but intuition guided us excellently: open kitchen, jovial and familiar welcome, detailed and inviting explanation of tasty typical dishes, warm and refined environment. We will keep this tavern in mind during the next days in Venice and we highly recommend it.

06/12/2024: Food was great. We had pizza and it was delicious. The staff were very friendly with a warm welcome. We will go back before we leave. A really good find right in San Marco.

29/11/2024: Wow I went to 2 other places nearby that were quite full however really wanted to try as much food as possible before leaving so gave this quiet place a try and wow - if I could go back in time I’d have gotten 3 servings here, hands down best place to eat in Venice if you’re visiting.
