05/11/2025: Amazing sandwiches! We had 3 different ones and loved all of them. The bread was amazing and very quick service. Just know there is not a place to sit inside the small shop.

06/11/2025: Arriving from the south, I thought I'd encounter the cold Venetian atmosphere, but as soon as I left the station, I was convinced. First stop: Piazzale Roma, Giosia's kiosk. "Welcome to Venice!" A few jokes, a smile, a drink, and I felt like I was among friends. I don't know if everyone in Venice is like this, but Giosia looks really promising.

22/10/2025: Spent a good evening there. Standing only arrangements. Staff spoke English. They were chatty and welcoming. Washroom available. Had a few snacks with the inhouse wine. Once you are done, make sure to use the garbage bin before the exit.

23/09/2025: I was looking for a place to eat lunch before heading to Murano Island after visiting St. Mark's Basilica, and I just happened to walk into this place. The food was displayed on the counter, and you could just choose what you wanted. Best of all, the prices were reasonable, and the food was delicious. I recommend the calamari and the zucchini stuffed with tomato sauce, meat, and vegetables. ^^ I ordered two at first, but ended up ordering more later. It was a little inconvenient to have to stand because there was no seating, but the food was delicious, so it didn't matter.

09/11/2025: A very rustic and Spanish-style place. You can feel the family and friendly atmosphere that brings this place to life. They make diners feel at home and welcomed. The tapas and paella are top-notch! I highly recommend it!

02/11/2025: Absolutely worth a visit. The seafood was succulent and full of flavor, and the handmade pasta was perfectly cooked. The mussels were outstanding — some of the best I’ve ever had. A great spot for anyone who appreciates top-notch cooking and quality ingredients.

27/10/2025: I had lunch with my daughter at this typical Venetian restaurant in the Dorsoduro area, a university district, without too many tourists. The atmosphere is pleasant and clean, and the service is fast and friendly. We had mussels with pepper and an excellent sauce, which we smothered with a generous amount of bread, and two fresh pasta dishes: caccio e pepe (a type of pasta with crawfish and pepper) with scampi and lime. Everything was delicious, and the portions were generous. I had been here last year and had some very good spaghetti alla busara. The prices were average for Venetian restaurants. I would definitely recommend it. I'll be back on my next visit to Venice.
