Special praise goes to the carefully crafted dough: the result is an extremely light, soft, and digestible product. I highly recommend trying the "ariosa" pizza, a fantastic alternative to the classic dough that enhances the flavor of the ingredients. Beers and Service The experience is enhanced by a wide selection of beers; I really appreciated the staff, who expertly guide you, suggesting the perfect pairing based on your pizza. The small welcome snack offered upon entry was also very welcome, a detail that demonstrates great customer service. Ambience and Logistics The place is clean, welcoming, and well-managed. A notable plus is the very large parking lot, which makes parking completely stress-free. Prices are absolutely reasonable for the quality of the offerings. An absolute must-try for anyone looking for superior pizza in a professional setting. Five well-deserved stars!

11/03/2026: A truly surprising discovery. Osteria di Carne is located near the center of Mirano, but parking is fairly easy nearby, which is definitely a huge plus. From the outside, the restaurant doesn't look very large, but upon entering, you discover a spacious and welcoming dining room. The atmosphere is modern and artistic, yet very cozy and relaxing, perfect for a quiet dinner. The service was professional and friendly: the staff is very attentive and makes guests feel immediately at ease. We also particularly appreciated the attention and kindness shown to children, which is not always a given. The highlight, of course, is the food. We ordered a 0-kilometer steak, which was incredibly fresh and of excellent quality, cooked to perfection. The first courses and side dishes were also very tasty and well-prepared. The prices aren't cheap, but the quality fully justifies the cost. We'll definitely be back.

10/03/2026: I went to this restaurant on Saturday evening for dinner with my girlfriend. Nothing to complain about the food: good, high-quality ingredients. The service, however, had a few negative comments. Our wine glasses were taken away from the table and refilled elsewhere instead of being poured from the bottle, which I personally didn't appreciate. Furthermore, when it came time to pay, we waited about 10 minutes in front of the empty register before anyone came to check us out, even though we were noticed and received no apology. It's a shame, because with more attentive service, it would have been a perfect dinner. I'll be back anyway, because the food is worth it.

28/01/2026: I dined here with friends for the famous elephant ears. Truly excellent. The restaurant is very nice, although a little crowded, but I assume that's normal on a Friday night. The service was excellent and fast. The food was excellent.

The pizza is also fabulous, with a variety of pizzas available, including the "by the meter" specialty. Plus, the staff is always friendly, helpful, and welcoming, ready to offer advice and describe the menu options. A well-kept location where you can eat well and feel at ease. Excellent value for money. Highly recommended!
