Honestly, I’m not sure how this place has negative reviews. My husband and I ate here multiple times during our Venice stay, because we liked it that much. The service was fantastic. Waiters were friendly, attentive, and timely. Food was amazing. Pasta was cooked to perfect perfection. My husband and I both tried each other’s dishes each night, and ordered appetizers. Out of the six dishes I tried, maybe ONE could’ve used a little more salt, but nothing worth a one star review. Would definitely recommend this place. It’s a little pricey for Italy, but the same quality meal would’ve run around twice as much stateside.

TL;DR - Eat here. Great traditional Veneziano (I.e. Venetian) food, great service. After reading previous reviewers, I've realized we're not eating at the same restaurant. The staff was great and helpful. The food was good. Me and my wife stayed for three nights in Venice and came here for dinner twice! The gnocchi was tender and done to perfection. The potato and zucchini skin was still crisp, but the interior cooked to a buttery smoothness. The carbonara was not ham, but back bacon. The penne was perfectly done. The muscles were well prepared and not over cooked, same with the scampi (as a North Florida gulf coast clam farmer, I think I'm qualified to give an expert opinion on that). The tuna was a hair over done, but still smooth and delightful (it's hard to actually nail that temperature). The house prosecco was sharp enough without being dry. The Hugo was expertly done, better than most craft cocktail bars I've visited. Yes, for Italy, the price is a tad high. For an American visiting Italy, the price is shockingly low for the quality.

Our experience at the restaurant was, for the most part, pleasant, thanks to the exceptional service provided by an older gentleman who served us with remarkable courtesy and attention. His way of interacting with us, demonstrating in-depth knowledge of the menu and genuine concern for our well-being during the meal, was a highlight of our visit. When it comes to cuisine, the dishes served were as expected, offering a satisfying gastronomic experience, although without extraordinary elements that stood out. The quality and flavor of the food were adequate, ensuring a pleasant meal but without surprises or culinary innovations that deserved a special mention. We would like to mention a small setback related to the application of the discount promised by The Fork, which was initially not reflected in our account. Fortunately, when we requested a correction, the restaurant team promptly complied with our request, applying the discount without any hesitation or problems, demonstrating flexibility and willingness to ensure customer satisfaction. In short, our visit was marked by an exceptional service, especially the care provided by the older gentleman.

Hacía un día de perros con frío y lluvia, nos refugiamos en este restaurante cerca de la estación de autobuses. La atención fue excelente, preocupándose de q no nos faltara nada y como íbamos con maletas fueron muy atentos. Tomamos el menú de pescado, los espagueti di fruti di mare los hacen espectaculares, la lubina un pelín seca. Tiene terraza interior muy agradable. El baño un poco estrecho y destartalado. 70€ :3 personas:3 menús con 1 refresco, 2 copas de vino y agua.

Ho prenotato grazie agli sconti di The Fork, che ci hanno fatto al conto finale. Piatti nella norma, niente di eccezionale. Sinceramente non ci tornerei.
