15/03/2026: One of the best places to eat lunch/dinner in Venice. We went for an early dinner (around 7:40 pm) and it was packed, but they let us wait about 40 minutes and then gave us a table. Anyone would say that having to wait that long is excessive, but it was worth it as it's a place that's VERY unfrequented by tourists (if the locals go, it's usually very good, and we were right). The best pizzas we had in Venice, in a comfortable and warm setting. It was quite noisy, but that's because there was a table of 7 people right behind us; otherwise, I'd describe it as a quiet place. Very friendly at all times. Very good prices, although they do charge a cover charge. If I return to Venice, I'll definitely go back!

30/03/2026: Nice, traditional place. We ate good seafood, especially the spaghetti with clams, which was very good. Prices are high but in line with Venetian standards. The staff and service were excellent.

26/03/2026: 21.3.2026 The iconic Italian breakfast: cappuccino and cornetto, albeit while sitting in peace and quiet and not standing quickly like the locals. An atmospheric café by the water. Fresh, juicy cornetto and quality coffee.

19/02/2026: Michelin-starred, as expected! 🌟 The main dish, pigeon meat, was by far the most moist and tender of all the pigeons I've eaten in my travels to 50 countries. 🕊 The staff were also very professional. 2nd: Sardines 🐟 3rd: Artichokes 🥦 4th: Squid 🦑 5th: Rockfish pasta 6th: Pigeon meat 🕊 7th: Savoy cabbage It was the perfect final supper in Venice. 🥰

01/02/2026: Last night I dined at Marciano with friends for the first time, and we all had club sandwiches. Before dinner, we ordered chips with their skins: tasty and a perfect start to the evening. The bread used for the club sandwich is delicious, and the combination of whole wheat bread and turmeric bread is unique and different from other restaurants in the area. We didn't get to try the desserts because we were already full from the club sandwiches. The menu also offers a selection of kids' club sandwiches, perfect for children or those who want a lighter meal. The restaurant is not far from the tram stop and the central Marghera parking lot, making it easy to get to. My experience was particularly positive, so I will definitely be back to try other dishes: kudos to the quality of the ingredients. Update 2026: Last night I spent a pleasant evening with friends at Marciano. We all opted for their burger options, and they were all very good. The only downside is the wait time, but that's understandable considering it's a Saturday night!

17/02/2026: Excellent choice of Spanish cuisine, with various types of paella and tapas, cooked by a Spanish chef. The atmosphere is a bit dated but that goes into the background, as you go to this place to try new things, with the explanations and advice of the friendly owner, in the dining room.

06/12/2025: Always an excellent experience. We've been there several times and the food and service are always impeccable. The portions are generous. Even though it's almost always busy, the wait is never excessive. I absolutely recommend it!

30/10/2025: Perfectly fried and delicious. The portion is as pictured, best shared between two or eaten as a main dish. Very friendly and helpful staff.

16/02/2026: Nice and simple We had the CANAREGGIO (7.5e) and SAN MARCO (6.5e) sandwiches which were very refreshing and well portioned. The owner of the place makes great food and coffee and also has a large assortment of refreshing bottled drinks (carbonated and non-carbonated) I recommend everyone visiting the Santa Maria church to stop around the corner at 60/40 to recharge their batteries and have something to eat/drink!

04/01/2026: A tiny restaurant overlooking the lagoon. Only a few tables inside. Good-quality pizza cooked in an electric oven. Friendly service. One bathroom. Moderately priced.

08/03/2026: Ideal for lunch. Friendly service. Good food. They also offer three fixed menus. Located in a very peaceful little square.

02/03/2026: Me and my partner went for a meal one meal came in reasonable time and was good. The other came after the first meal was already finished leaving me to watch my partner eat then she must do the same. Nothing was reduced on the bill for this inconvenience. Further more there were bones in my seabass and the skin on the fish was not crispy in the slightest. To top it off they had no potatoes so we had to have French fries. All around a disappointment.

18/03/2026: Absolutely amazing, the food, the service. Absolutely amazing. It was my mother in laws birthday and they went all out and brought a cake. We all sang happy birthday and what a night. Thankyou. We will be back tomorrow on our last day for more food.
