Lovely place, a beautiful lawn where children can play freely. The food, however, didn't completely satisfy me, it was decent but not the best... I usually leave a farmhouse completely satisfied, but that didn't happen here.

Wonderful owners and staff, maximum availability and courtesy. Well-kept environment surrounded by greenery, also excellent for children. Excellent quality food.

I stayed at Ai Carpini for 3 weekends in October '23. The structure is comfortable, clean and surrounded by greenery and tranquility. From the nearby (3' by car) Mogliano Veneto station you can reach Venice in 20' by train. The owner and her mother are two women full of energy, super helpful and their good mood is contagious. Taking part in their cooking class was special and the tagliatelle prepared even more so! Also thanks to the sweet dog Fluffy, I felt at home. Mattia and I will return to try the swimming pool too!

Everything I want from a stay is found in this hotel/guesthouse. The welcome is warm, the place is calm and charming, the cuisine is traditional and excellent, the room is spacious and comfortable. We feel at home thanks to the kindness of the owners. I was delighted with my stay.

Enjoyed a wonderful stay in the fall of 2022. A standout feature was the complimentary parking, and the farmhouse itself was a delight—charming courtyard adorned with lovely trees and plants. The owner's warm hospitality added an extra layer of friendliness to the experience.

Fantastic place and exceptional food, the owner is very nice and kind. The location is excellent for those who need to travel from Venice and Treviso airports. Plus we were also able to leave our car parked with them for the duration of our holiday at a super price. It will truly be our fixed stop for every holiday starting nearby. Farmhouse in a quiet area with lots of greenery around. Large, quiet and clean rooms. Tania makes you feel at home. Excellent food with excellent quality wine and digestives that can also be enjoyed outdoors. Breakfast with wide choice
