05/08/2024: It's clean and very cozy. The view is nice and there a just a few seats to enjoy coffee and not be oberwhelmed with people. The coffee is really specialty coffee and the people who working there or running that place a really nice and are experienced! Very sad that I only had once the chance to drink a very good cup of coffee there. Plant-based milk (Oatly) is also available there!

23/08/2024: Very delicious homemade pasta dishes in a relaxed atmosphere with very friendly owner. This restaurant focuses on good quality of their products and create amazing dishes.

22/08/2024: We had dinner on the upstairs outdoor patio. It was very intimate and cool on a hot evening. The pasta was stupendous and I had it with the duck ragu.

06/08/2024: We were on vacation for a wedding we had in Treviso, I am a Hospitality and Sommelier. I have to say that even though we went with a two-year-old girl, they never looked at us badly. Exquisite treatment only at the level of the dishes we ate. When I asked the locals, no one spoke ill to me and at most some told me that you pay there…. Well, we paid tribute and with a great wine it didn't seem expensive at all, Italian food with a twist and above all fine, very fine flavors. SPECTACULAR!! We had lunch and dinner out every day and for me and the other two diners, it was the best by far. IF YOU ARE IN TREVISO AND YOU ENJOY, this is your place.

Il menù degustazione da noi scelto “Radici”ci ha soddisfatto sia per sapori che per dimensioni delle portate. Conto finale in linea con le aspettative.

27/07/2024: Ci siamo affidati a Duska e Ermanno per festeggiare il nostro matrimonio. Sia noi che tutti i nostri ospiti ci siamo sentiti coccolati dalle loro attenzioni! Cibo eccezionale! In fase di preparativi per il matrimonio abbiamo sentito tantissima gente che si è sposata qui e che ogni anno viene a festeggiare proprio qui l'anniversario...sicuramente faremo così anche noi! Grazie di tutto!!

During the preparations for the wedding we heard from many people who got married here and who come to celebrate their anniversary here every year... we will certainly do the same! Excellent despite trying to mislead the very kind young lady... nothing... she always served the ladies first... tried the raw... Splendidly fresh and expertly "worked", the grilled tuna was also excellent and let's not talk about the desserts... delicious... the wine was also excellent... visit to the usual infamous place... the bathroom... 10.10pm was clean... Impeccable... I will definitely return to the others... I recommend it

24/07/2024: Wonder! I've been out for three minutes and I already want to share this beautiful experience. Passing through, I don't know the area, I stop almost by chance. Elegant, well-kept environment but it doesn't immediately intimidate me thanks to the polite, formal but "delicate" welcome of the girls in charge of the service. A particular menu, it seems complex but every flavour, every ingredient is treated with respect, you can feel every detail. Impeccable service. Those who follow my reviews know that the thing I appreciate most is the smile. I know it's hard to serve, to satisfy different needs, I've been there....but if you serve me at the table with a smile you will certainly make my stay a good memory. So congratulations to the girls as well as to the owner. Two of them took it an appetizer, courgette flowers with ricotta and panko fried anchovies. Spectacular Two seconds Fried rabbit morsels with chips and yogurt sauce Vitello tonnato with caramelized onion and caper flowers A tiramisu A bottle of Valdobbiadene and a bottle of water. 80 euros! Considering the environment, the service and above all the dishes, the quality/price ratio is entirely unbalanced on quality!!! Well done Well done And pleasant. If I really have to make a note it's about dessert, my subject anyway...., The characteristic of tiramisu is the coffee to wet the ladyfingers or sponge cake if you prefer, you couldn't even smell the coffee, so clearly, having already prepared the portions, just add the cocoa and the chocolate flakes to serve, the coffee is wet, but if you have a tiramisu I expect to taste it. The mascarpone cream itself was excellent. Personal taste. 10 and praise in any case

23/07/2024: The restaurant had a rather chilly interior, and surprisingly, the outdoor seating area was closed even though it was a beautiful sunny day. The food was a letdown - the fish and tiramisu were dry, although the parmigiana starter was quite good.

10/08/2024: I have been a customer for many years now. I have tried many kebabs from Treviso, but none like this one. And the best ever. By now, we have a tradition that every Saturday we get kebab from them, and for more than 10 years, they have never disappointed us. Congratulations👏

12/08/2024: This is everything you hope and want from a restaurant. Great food (hare! dessert with strawberries, a kind of mascarpone and the most delicious crispy dough strips, ravioli filled with lamb and mint, and this description does not do it justice) everything exceptionally good. And we are critical. The wine cellar is a museum. The service is such that you feel at home. And, what we Dutch are always sensitive to, incredibly good price-quality ratio, also when it comes to the wine. If this existed in Amsterdam (which is absolutely not the case, unfortunately) I would take out a subscription! Do we have a critical note? Always! Degustibus non est disputandem. But the room full of earthenware chickens and roosters and brass instruments made us ask the question, "why?" Final advice, ask whether the wine (depending on which one) can be opened immediately and put in the glass, preferably decanted. Ours (barbaresco 2014) was better after half an hour and even better after an hour. The leftovers that we were allowed to take with us were even better 3 hours later.

08/08/2024: A great restaurant in all respects, and great acoustics at the table, because you could have a conversation with other people at a distance of more than 5 m and understand every word clearly and clearly. The wine cellar is absolutely amazing!

18/07/2024: Siamo ritornati oggi alla locanda Baggio dopo una passata esperienza positiva. Purtroppo, questa volta siamo rimasti delusi. I piatti non erano all’altezza del nome del ristorante e del livello che viene rappresentato. Premetto che in sala eravamo in solo otto commensali, il servizio, per quanto accurato, si è rivelato piuttosto lento. I due primi avevano un sapore marcatamente acido in particolare quello dei tortellini, assai colorati, che facevano concorrenza al più pittoresco quadro di Pollock, il massimo esponente dell’empressionismo astratto. ma acido, anche se un po’ meno, era anche il risotto. Nella media invece il filetto (difficile non riuscire a farlo buono), accettabili i dessert, il mio “tradizionale”, purtroppo, era un tripudio di panna. I cafè li abbiamo saltati perché, pur essendo giunti puntuali alle 13.00 come da prenotazione, avevamo ormai superate le 15.00 ed eravamo gli unici commensali rimasti in sala. Giudizio complessivo…questa volta non più di tre stelle. MI aspettavo del cibo migliore da un ristorante che si vanta di essere un Michelin. Mi dispiace, avrei voluto essere più generoso, ma se lo raffronto ai diversi ristoranti stellati da me frequentati da Ambasciatore, forse dovrei essere ancora più parco. Oltre all’accoglienza, al servizio ed alle diverse descrizioni infinite, talvolta incomprensibili, delle portate e del vino, fondamentale rimane il cibo, sia che si tratti di un ristorante stellato che di una trattoria. Una nota finale sul prezzo. Sarebbe stato appropriato …se il cibo fosse stato del livello sperato. Per come abbiamo mangiato, mi e’ parso piuttosto elevato.
