I was literally moved by the seasonal pumpkin, shrimp, and licorice risotto.
The mixed cooked antipasto was also delicious.
Impeccable service worthy of a Michelin-starred restaurant with very affordable prices.
I will definitely be back.

It was our first time at this restaurant, and overall, we loved it, both the atmosphere and the dishes we chose.
We were greeted courteously and escorted to a smaller room, more intimate than the main one. The atmosphere was intimate, but at times disturbed by the loud chatter of other diners; I would have preferred a more subdued tone so I could speak to my partner without having to raise my voice or have him repeat what he said, but this obviously isn't the restaurant's fault.
As for the service, I found it prompt and courteous, without being too overwhelming. The table setting was simple and essential, and I really liked it.
Once we'd ordered, the party began with an entrée from the kitchen, small tastings that prepared us for the main courses... they brought us a very delicate scampi cappuccino, some Salento-style fried fish with cherry tomatoes and capers, and a celery and pepper sauce to accompany it... a truly rich entrée that we thoroughly enjoyed.
We then continued with our chosen appetizers: spider crab salad, scallops, and eggplant and sea bass parmigiana. Everything was excellent, and the portions were absolutely generous for an appetizer. We also enjoyed the "interludes" between appetizers and first courses, and between the first courses and dessert.
Our first course was the green sea bass ravioli with saffron sauce. This was our least favorite dish; we both agreed that the ravioli filling was a bit bland and that the sauce dominated the pasta.
We finally finished with dessert, not without first enjoying the pre-dessert, an amaretto quenelle accompanied by a San Marzano liqueur sauce, truly excellent. Our desserts were the Esotica mousse and the Opera coffee dessert. Refined and delicious, the mousse I tasted was very delicate, while the coffee dessert had a more bold flavor, but was no less delicious; I loved every bite.
We both agreed that the evening was very enjoyable, and we hope to return soon to savor other dishes from the chef.
A journey of flavors that delighted not only the palate but also the eye.

We went to Amorestaurant for a romantic dinner with our dog, and it was a truly wonderful experience. The staff was incredibly kind and attentive: by letting us know in advance that we had our dog, they reserved a secluded table for us, so as not to disturb other guests. This care and sensitivity is truly rare and deserves great praise.
The cuisine is excellent: top-quality ingredients, carefully prepared dishes rich in flavor. Each course exudes attention to detail and passion.
My only personal comment: I would have preferred the shells left raw and plain, rather than marinated like this—a matter of taste, but the dish was well executed.
Elegant place, pleasant atmosphere, impeccable service, and top-quality food.
Highly recommended for a special evening. We'll definitely be back!
