27/03/2025: Very kind staff, excellent food

10/03/2025: The rooms are rather small, clean, the cleaning is good and without problems. Unfortunately, our bathroom smells of urine and even repeated ventilation does not help, I think it comes from the drain. The rooms have zero soundproofing, you can hear what is happening around. The biggest disappointment is probably the food, it is miserable. You can eat it, but it is more like just a mass than something you would enjoy, let alone look forward to. If instead of 3 courses for dinner they made 1 proper one, everyone would probably be happier.

23/02/2025: We did not stay at the hotel but saw rooms. Not bad. Restaurant decor very nice. Famous for steak tartare but it was not as good as in France. The mustard was low quality. They forgot to bring the potatos I ordered with it.

13/12/2024: Classic pizzeria with plenty of seating and tables separated by partitions to create private corners. Fast and accurate service, normal prices.

30/03/2025: Very good parking, quiet, no noise, Lidl 1 km away, very clean, toilet clean, shower cold, I opened the window in the morning, got some fresh air, birds singing refreshed my mind, the staff are very kind to people.

11/03/2025: The first Rasta after the Dolomites in the direction of Venice or the last after the Poo plain in the direction of Cortina 🏞️ with completely sufficient offers, clean toilets and sun-protected parking bays. 🅿️ The freshly filled panini 🥪 and the cappuccino are a hit.. ☕ Molto bene, mille grazie i arrivederci.. 🤗

22/03/2025: Beautiful structure at the foot of the Marmolada equipped with every comfort. Attentive and friendly staff, excellent cuisine that also offers local specialties. Highly recommended! Ideal for those who want to immerse themselves in uncontaminated nature!

27/02/2025: The cleanliness, housekeeping, and hotel amenities are fine. The staff tries very hard. But that's where the praise ends. The dining experience is on the level of a factory canteen. Drinks are served in plastic cups instead of glasses, the instant coffee is undrinkable, and there's only one type of cheap tea. Guests have to search for their own cutlery—sometimes only knives are available, so you end up eating with a knife. Forget about Italian specialties. To top it all off, the stench in the unventilated ski room is unbearable

10/03/2025: Il migliore ma il personale è maleducato. Premetto che ogni anno a marzo, nel corso della settimana bianca, andiamo una sera a cena. Sono ormai diversi anni. Qualità eccezionale, ricercatezze e rivisitazione di piatti tradizionali. Prenoto in genere 15 giorni prima di andare i ristoranti per tutta la settimana. Ho chiamato e prenotato per questa sera. Devo evidentemente avere fatto confusione perché ricevo alle 20:30 una telefonata piuttosto sgarbata della signora che esclama: è lei la signora laura? Sa che avrebbe dovuto essere qui da una mezz’ora almeno? Mortificata rispondo che ero certa di avere ricevuto una telefonata di disdetta. Ero infatti a cena in altro ristorante. Insisto, in totale buonafede, e la signora esclama: la smetta di mettere delle scuse! Nelle mie prenotazioni avevo ricevuto due disdette ed ero certa che una fosse di questo ristorante. Mi scuso ancora, ma avrei voluto mandarla a quel paese. Ma che modi? Ma che gente? Ma quanta prosopopea e maleducazione! A cortina di ristoranti eccellenti ce ne sono e, davvero, sono anni che ceniamo al Pianozes. Da oggi, non più.

09/02/2025: Location ottima , personale squisito , Cibo ottimo . Unico importante fastidio e’ il comportamento del cameriere all’inizio che chiede se volevamo uno champagnino di entrata . Poteva semplicemente chiedere “ volete la lista dei vini “ . Diciamo che poteva assolutamente non proporre questo tipo di vino mettendoci solo in difficoltà . Prezzo finale un tantino alto per un pranzo domenicale .

17/02/2025: Tipico rifugio di montagna, tutto in legno con personale fiscalde dal punto di vista dell'orario, frettoloso, ma preciso e veloce. Ho pranzato diverse volte in più giorni e le pietanze sono state sempre gustose e proporzionate al costo. Ottime le pappardelle al ragù di cervo e squisiti i carciofi con noci, stravecchio e melograno. Ben calda, ma molto acquosa, la zuppa di lenticchie. Carina la tovaglia-carta che riporta tutte le frasi storiche o simpatiche sul cibo. Lo consiglio anche per una pausa caffè.

15/02/2025: Ambiente accogliente, vista panoramica su Cortina, personale molto gentile e disponibile. Qualità del cibo ottima con un occhio di riguardo per il dessert.

07/03/2025: Pretty nice there. A bit old. The ski bus just takes half an hour to get to Tofana. The pizzeria is quite ok.

10/11/2024: One more campsite to park the camper, but it is very expensive for what it offers. The bathrooms are horrible, old, you freeze and there is no place to sit as is usual in this type of campsites. Camper with 4 people was just over €60 per night.

22/02/2025: Ottima pasticceria/ panificio con una scelta ampissima di prodotti di qualità..le frittelle, per niente unte, sono superbe e le creme al loro interno sono deliziose..il personale disponibilissimo e cortese. L'arredamento tipico della montagna con tanto legno lo rende molto accogliente..come si capisce leggendo la mia recensione è un locale che consiglio di cuore per una dolce coccola.

13/01/2025: Sono imbattibili per il pane, un pò meno per i dolciumi. Brioches e paste sono enormi e infatti costano parecchio. Il locale è molto bello e pulito. Rimane per me una tappa obbligatoria 😉
