I had the seasonal offering, the Bosco Dorato pizza: fior di latte mozzarella, chestnuts, pancetta, caramelized onion, and a sprinkling of pepper. A delicious mix of perfectly balanced flavors. Kudos to Sabrina and Simone.

05/09/2025: Sicilian Specialties Bakery and pastry shop featuring products from the South as well as from the region. For those who love unsalted bread made to order (a type of bread found in various Italian regions), this is the perfect place. Focaccia and pizza are very good.

01/03/2026: A terrible and embarrassing experience. We came in for just a coffee and a croissant with our two-and-a-half-year-old son. A perfectly normal family moment, without chaos, without shouting, without any inappropriate behavior. At one point, some milk spilled on the floor—which can happen anywhere, especially with such a small child. We finished, paid properly, and were leaving when a woman (glasses, short hair, presumably the owner) rudely and aggressively addressed us, saying that "we should have apologized" because "when you get dirty, you have to apologize" and that "upholstery costs money." All in an arrogant and impolite tone, as if we had trashed the place. We're talking about a few drops of milk spilled on the floor, not vandalism. In a bar. Where drinks are served. Especially if you welcome families with small children, you should have a minimum of understanding and good manners. Instead, we received only gratuitous nastiness and a completely inappropriate hostile attitude. A place that treats its customers—and especially its families—this way demonstrates a complete lack of professionalism and common sense. Respect comes first, and it was completely lacking here. We will never return. Shameful.

05/04/2026: Ridiculous. They've ruined a historic place, completely transforming the interior from an old refuge to a fake luxury restaurant. It used to be a must-see for skiers and hikers, now it looks like a catwalk. All they needed to do was maintain the old look and put on some music. And then, to top it all off, the minimum cost for dining out is €100 per person.... Not much to comment on, just shame on you.

03/04/2026: The old format was so much better, now they offer overpriced low quality food in a cold modern environment not in line with the mountain spirits and tradition.

20/08/2025: I stopped in after seeing the reviews. It was 8:00 a.m. and unfortunately they already had only a few croissants. I had a good chocolate one, but I would have preferred the Nutella option. The size was really modest. The service was a bit confusing and slow, and the place was quite small, especially if you go in the winter. Parking was available. I appreciated the quality.
