25/05/2025: We spent Mother's Day lunch there and it was an excellent choice! Good service, several options of dishes and pizzas, with the option of creating your own pizza by choosing each ingredient! The place is not very busy and there is free uncovered parking. Clean bathrooms.

03/05/2025: Chiamo alle 9 per prenotare ma non risponde nessuno, ovviamente era troppo presto, verso le 10:30 mi richiamano dal ristorante: servizio eccezionale che già merita la visita. Alle 12 ci accomodiamo al meraviglioso tavolo sul laghetto, prima cosa portano l’acqua alla nostra cagnolina ( top!) il menu e’ molto accattivante, opto per il carciofo e le fantastiche patatine fritte con la buccia; ci portano un amuse bouche eccezionale che già di per se vale l’intero pranzo per non parlare della bontà del carciofo e delle patatine, concludiamo con un bombardino con mele alla grappa delizioso. 10/03/2025: Il migliore ma il personale è maleducato. Premetto che ogni anno a marzo, nel corso della settimana bianca, andiamo una sera a cena. Sono ormai diversi anni. Qualità eccezionale, ricercatezze e rivisitazione di piatti tradizionali. Prenoto in genere 15 giorni prima di andare i ristoranti per tutta la settimana. Ho chiamato e prenotato per questa sera. Devo evidentemente avere fatto confusione perché ricevo alle 20:30 una telefonata piuttosto sgarbata della signora che esclama: è lei la signora laura? Sa che avrebbe dovuto essere qui da una mezz’ora almeno? Mortificata rispondo che ero certa di avere ricevuto una telefonata di disdetta. Ero infatti a cena in altro ristorante. Insisto, in totale buonafede, e la signora esclama: la smetta di mettere delle scuse! Nelle mie prenotazioni avevo ricevuto due disdette ed ero certa che una fosse di questo ristorante. Mi scuso ancora, ma avrei voluto mandarla a quel paese. Ma che modi? Ma che gente? Ma quanta prosopopea e maleducazione! A cortina di ristoranti eccellenti ce ne sono e, davvero, sono anni che ceniamo al Pianozes. Da oggi, non più.

13/07/2025: Piccola trattoria in un angolo sperduto di verde accanto ad una bella strada praticata per lo più da motociclisti vista la sua bellezza paesaggistica. Il locale è rustico ed all'interno mostra tanti reperti storici (ad esempio una splendida collezione di macinini da caffè). Possibilità di mangiare nel dehors all'esterno con vista sulla vegetazione fresca e lussureggiante della vallata. Menù semplice e penso sempre costante con ottimi ravioli e gnocchi di spinaci al burro fuso e grana, taglieri di salumi e formaggi locali ma anche carne cucinata in vari modi. Vino locale Cabernet sfuso ma anche possibilità di scelta fra bottiglie di altri vini e birre. Prezzi contenuti ed un servizio informale, simpatico e celere. Se percorrete questa valle, fermatevi, non rimarrete delusi.

13/03/2025: FUYEZ!!!!! Les serveurs sonts gentils mais ne comprennent absolument rien. En demandant un panini, une burata nous est amenée et ont nous dit formellement que c’est un panini, 45 min pour avoir du pain congelé réchauffé, plats chaud arrivé en même temps que les entrées, des gnocchis au lieu d’un risotto, tout est payant même le pain et la mayonnaise même les couverts, les plats qui n’ont pas été les bons ont quand même été facturé! Et les prix sont assez chère pour ce que c’est!

09/05/2025: It was really good value for money and the fish dish was delicious! The friendly reception was also nice. However, it was a little difficult to order because they didn't speak English.

Snack bar excellent for a stop, surrounded by greenery, few tables inside but veranda quite large, green area for children, friendly staff, prices more or less average, service times vary from season to season, generally there is not much to wait, but it is subjective. Excellent spritz, bottled beers, good and well-filled sandwiches, piadinas and tramezzini. Adjacent parking proportionate to the capacity of the bar

21/02/2025: Stunning location, very nice cabin. For the rest, 2 stars are too many. Poor offer of food and drinks, for the aperitif 4 chips and that's it, opening hours suitable only for grandparents and children (and they have also removed the games for the little ones who were there before)

07/05/2025: Premetto che siamo clienti abituali e sempre contenti. Scegliamo questo agriturismo per il soggiorno e il ristorante. Menu di terra con prodotti genuini e di produzione propria. In cucina uno dei titolari che poi ritrovi al lavoro anche nel punto vendite con ristorante a valle. Gestione familiare ma molto curata. Menu ampio e gustoso con prevalenza di carne, formaggio e verdure dell’orto. Carta vini discreta. Birre buone ma migliorabile la selezione. La colazione è genuina e varia servita sempre nel bel ristorante con vista panoramica. La vista è comunque il punto forte assieme ai bellissimi fienili in cui si pernotta. Davvero suggestivi e confortevoli. Inoltre apprezziamo, oltre alla grande gentilezza quasi ‘fuori moda’ dei gestori, la familiarità dell’accoglienza. Nei fienili e nelle camere sei autonomo e ha privacy. Puoi muoverti come meglio credi. Un luogo accogliente e ospitale in cui sentirsi nel proprio chalet in montagna.

09/03/2025: Ero rimasto colpito dalle foto di questo locale. Sono stato a cena con amici. Il locale esterno è bellissimo ma poi la sala al 1 piano dove abbiamo cenato,si carina ma poco caratteristica. Abbiamo cenato bene però. Sia la Tartare di antipasto con burrata come lo stufato con polenta. Credo siano molto belle e caratteristiche anche le camere

16/12/2024: Small hotel with a good restaurant in a renovated traditional building. Complex and also innovative menu. Excellent pastry shop.

19/05/2025: When we went in the man at the bar was lovely. But don’t be deceived. We paid for 3 coffees and snacks. There were outlets under the tables and assumed we could charge our phones. A lady approached us was incredibly rude and disrespectful to us young tourists and demanded us to pay. If you are travelling do not come here unless you want abused by staff. It’s also really expensive.

17/05/2025: Good coffee, we liked that they fill the brioche on the spot but it's not special (the brioche I mean). Very slow service, the lady is alone for goodness sake but 20 years to have two coffees and a brioche (and there weren't too many people). Anyway, it's ok if you're passing by, have a nice day!

30/06/2025: Starting to wonder if the people raving about the service at this place were paid reviews. Our waiter snapped at us when we took a second to deliberate when ordering and just walked away and didn’t come back when we asked about allergies. We had to flag down another waiter to order! Food was nothing special and didn’t offset the service. We were also surrounded by flies for our whole meal. Save yourself the trouble and go to one of the other restaurants around the lake

30/06/2025: Extremely unfriendly and stressed staff. The service was careless. The food also wasn't recommended. The dumplings were okay, the fries were sour, and the "ortiche" pizza was inedible.

28/06/2025: Ordered an Aperol spritz it was undrinkable, I've been a bartender for 20 years and it wasn't Aperol! Probably a preparation... 🤬 in these areas I think it's unacceptable!!! Too bad because the place is really nice. ,

09/06/2025: We were at the nearby lake and stumbled upon this gelateria by chance. The ice cream is fantastic and the staff is super friendly. The Italian owner speaks perfect German, having previously worked in Germany, including Goslar and Hanover.

15/06/2025: Never again, we went there to drink something cool given the high temperatures, we were denied service because they had to serve the tables first and we had to wait half an hour for a glass of water. Luckily there are other places....

15/06/2025: Arrived at 3pm on foot after 18km on foot and ask for an ice cream and a glass of water and be told the bar service opens at 4pm we are serving the lunch shift tables... embarrassing. zero rating. At the white bar they serve ice cream at any time!!!!
