10/09/2025: The room and bathroom were dated, clean, and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was okay. Unfriendly and unsympathetic staff. We thought it was expensive.

05/09/2025: We enjoyed the restaurant even though we weren't guests of the hotel. It's definitely worth a try. The typical dishes were well-prepared. The location was beautiful. The staff were very knowledgeable and friendly. The atmosphere was great!

20/08/2025: The establishment is located on the side of a main road, with prices higher than those of a mountain refuge, plus there's a cover charge, which is also high at €2.50. The portions are small, but the food is of adequate quality. Disappointing!

21/09/2025: Truly excellent. Delicious food and plenty of space for kids to play outside. Convenient parking. The road to get there isn't wide, so you have to be a bit careful, but it's worth it.

30/09/2025: The hotel is nestled between mountain peaks. The cable car station for the Marmolada is just 60 meters away. The hotel has a swimming pool. The reception staff is very friendly and helpful. The restaurant offers three meals a day, with several dishes to choose from.

26/08/2025: Stunning view of the Marmolada, very close to the cable car. Simple hotel, friendly staff, and parking available even the next day. Breakfast and dinner buffet with a varied menu. Good value for money.

23/11/2025: I was really looking forward to trying this restaurant. Unfortunately, it was a big disappointment. The staff were unpleasant and definitely not smiling. The service was slow, so don't be in a hurry. The pizzas were good, but nothing special.

26/07/2025: Yesterday I ordered four poke bowls for takeout, and unfortunately, the experience was decidedly disappointing. When we ordered, we had carefully selected the sauces for each bowl, but none of them were included. This completely compromised the flavor of the dish. Furthermore, the rice was truly unpleasant: flavorless and with a texture that left much to be desired, it seemed old or poorly prepared. The service was also not the best: unfriendly, disorganized, and inattentive, despite it being a simple order. I strongly advise against eating there, given the overall lack of attention and the quality of the food. Personally, I won't be returning: there are many much better options in the area, such as Poke Club, not far away, where the quality and service are of a completely different level.

01/11/2025: Osteria con cucina al Centralino is a pleasant surprise in the heart of Scalon. At first glance, the exterior doesn't do the place justice; it would be nice to see a little more care and attention to detail, because the entrance doesn't give you a clue as to how welcoming the interior is. Once inside, however, everything changes: the place has been tastefully renovated, the atmosphere is warm and convivial, and you can feel that homey feeling that only true osterias can provide. The staff is friendly and attentive, and the kitchen offers authentic, well-prepared dishes made with quality ingredients.

25/10/2025: I stopped in today with two friends for a beer, returning from a hike in Valbelluna. From the outside, it looks modest, but inside, it's truly comfortable and charming. I also purchased some dairy products and was pleased with the good prices. I also appreciated the efficient service from the two young women at the counter, presumably a mother and daughter, who were also very attractive. I discussed with the lady the possibility of making a reservation for a large group in the future, obviously with advance reservations. Rest assured, I will do so, as I'd love to try your cuisine. I apologize in advance for any inconvenience caused by our large group.

06/12/2025: 50 minutes for toast and pizza. Bring your own sandwiches; you'll be happier. PS: Leave the restaurant business to those who know how.

06/12/2025: View is good and staff is nice, but the food took more than 40 minutes (3 sandwiches and 1 pizza slice). And when it came, it was tasteless.
