UPDATE MARCH 2026: Change of management and a new identity for the historic Zum BrillenBar, which becomes PIT GRILL & RESTAURANT. Good, plentiful food at fair prices. Poor service, and a seemingly endless wait (45 minutes) between the first and second courses. What a shame...

18/05/2026: Rooms are a little dated, but the price is reasonable for the service. The restaurant serves excellent German specialties. Breakfast is also good. A top location for visiting the city center.

29/04/2026: Very clean, simple but comfortable, both in terms of location and room size. Very good breakfast. Unique and very good beers.
