07/04/2025: Abbiamo pranzato domenica in questa accogliente osteria. Piccola ma particolare, dato che c'era vento abbiamo mangiato nella stanza dentro, particolarmente curata. Il menù è vario e ricercato. Ottime le polpette di barbabietola e il risotto con cacio e pepi. Ci ritorneremo magari con una bella giornata per pranzare fuori in mezzo al verde!

03/04/2025: I have been there twice with my wife. Small workshop of taste and conviviality. Genuine tavern where the robotic of eating leaves space open to the erotic of the pleasure of flavors. Successful alchemy of combination of taste, flavor, freshness and beautiful presentation of the menu. Courtesy and good manners of the master of the house and the lady are an added value to the good cuisine offered. Characteristic pleasant and relaxing place. Clean and tidy toilets. Worthy.

11/03/2025: On Friday evening we ate very good pizza, on Saturday for lunch instead we ate fresh and well-made fish.. considering that it is in Caorle the prices are really cheap. We were with the bicycle.

In my opinion, the service has something more than the average, attention, kindness and professionalism that are rarely found. For me, going there has become a very pleasant habit.

06/04/2025: The property is easily accessible by car, parking is easy to find and it is not too far from the center if you want to reach it on foot. The place is very nice, nice and clean. The menu items are very inviting and the dishes are carefully prepared and well presented. As an appetizer we took the Tar Tar with fried courgette flowers, ricotta and courgette cream, really delicious. As a main course, Florentine steak, cooked rare, ideally served on a plate so that it stays warm. Unfortunately we didn't appreciate the dessert, the Sacher chocolate icing was very hard, the jam a little too sweet and the cake was dry.

19/03/2025: After a long period in which I didn't frequent the Hosteria Moderna, in the space of two weeks I went there three times, twice with friends, once alone. What can I say? The burgers are crazy, made with top quality ingredients and you can choose from various types of bread, including cereal bread, my favourite. There are various beers, but I recommend one of the IPAs, especially the Yaki. For the rest: the staff is friendly and very quick, the urban-style restaurant is very large and well-kept and, with a bit of luck, in the summer you can eat in the small terrace in front. Highly recommended!

10/03/2025: The hamburger served was raw and the bread was cold. They offered to remake it for me, too bad the raw hamburger arrived burnt. Inedible!

16/03/2025: We went today for the first time for a family lunch. Nice surprise, nice environment, excellent food, excellent service from the guys at the table and a good quality/price ratio. The only discordant note was the behavior of the manager or owner, he filmed the staff in front of us customers and seemed very annoyed, he gave me the bill without raising his eyes for a moment. Maybe we found his bad day. For the rest everything is excellent.

11/03/2025: I've been to them several times for lunch and once we even had a special family occasion. I've always had a great time, we eat genuine food, very good and well looked after. In terms of cost it is slightly higher than normal but for the quality of the dishes and the menu they present I find it correct. I have always found it to be a quiet inn where I can spend time in company without noise or confusion. They have some public parking spaces outside the venue. I recommend stopping by if you have the chance
