In Padua with my wife and son to celebrate my 50th birthday. Absolute attention to intolerances was perfectly managed. The freshest raw fish and original pairings were used. Compliments to the chef, young, talented, and with a touch of experimentation. The Pain Perdu is a must-try. I'll be back if I can.

Beautiful restaurant in the heart of Padua's historic center.
We went for my birthday and chose the 7-course tasting menu (about €80 per person), and it was incredible.
The dishes were refined and very good, with the only downsides of the evening: I had requested no artichokes on the blind plates, and they were, and the service took forever.
Among my favorites were the scallops with carbocrema sauce, the empty tortellini with potato mousse, and the macaroons for the entrée.
The wine cellar was extraordinary and of a certain level (we had the Alsatian Riesling and the Friulian).
Homemade breads served piping hot with salted butter.
Small pastries (definitely better than the dessert) were served at the end with a lemon herbal tea to cleanse the palate.
The waiters were very kind and knowledgeable.
With the tasting, water, and wine, we spent around €240.

Easter lunch, a shame the place was empty, for some reason, as the lunch was excellent, with excellent value for money. Lugana Pievecroce 2024 was better than water.

I dined in the Navigli area of Padua, choosing the blind tasting option for 5, and it was a truly special experience.
We started with an appetizer of the freshest raw fish, followed by their homemade bread with warm focaccia and freshly whipped salted butter: a detail that makes all the difference. The vegetarian cauliflower-based first course was surprising for its balance and creativity. The risotto was also excellent, creamy and well-balanced, the fish main course was impeccably cooked, and the refined dessert was also delicious.
The service was elegant and super professional, always attentive but never intrusive.
A high-level gastronomic experience that I absolutely recommend to anyone who wants to experience something special in the heart of Padua. ⭐️

We had a truly wonderful evening. We chose the five-course menu, and every dish was special: not only beautiful to look at, but above all excellent in taste. The cuisine is top-notch, with a highly competent team, and the service made us feel warmly welcomed. A relaxing and very pleasant experience. We will definitely be back.
