In Padua with my wife and son to celebrate my 50th birthday. Absolute attention to intolerances was perfectly managed. The freshest raw fish and original pairings were used. Compliments to the chef, young, talented, and with a touch of experimentation. The Pain Perdu is a must-try. I'll be back if I can.

Beautiful restaurant in the heart of Padua's historic center. We went for my birthday and chose the 7-course tasting menu (about €80 per person), and it was incredible. The dishes were refined and very good, with the only downsides of the evening: I had requested no artichokes on the blind plates, and they were, and the service took forever. Among my favorites were the scallops with carbocrema sauce, the empty tortellini with potato mousse, and the macaroons for the entrée. The wine cellar was extraordinary and of a certain level (we had the Alsatian Riesling and the Friulian). Homemade breads served piping hot with salted butter. Small pastries (definitely better than the dessert) were served at the end with a lemon herbal tea to cleanse the palate. The waiters were very kind and knowledgeable. With the tasting, water, and wine, we spent around €240.

Easter lunch, a shame the place was empty, for some reason, as the lunch was excellent, with excellent value for money. Lugana Pievecroce 2024 was better than water.

I swear, I never would have said it, but... I've lived in Padua for 10 years now, but this is the first time I've tried this restaurant. I loved it instantly, from the first moment. So... I contacted customer service for more information about the location, services, and the menu. The professional and courteous responses won me over. Found this restaurant on The Fork. Excellent location, the interior is truly beautiful, with the staircase leading upstairs. The food is very high-quality; I still dream about the corn cream soup every evening. Congratulations.
