For me, going to Jesolo means only one thing: coming to Bucintoro. It's become a true legend. I'm fortunate to be able to come here often, but even when I happen to be in the area, even if it's just for one night, this is a regular and indispensable stop. The quality of the food is always top-notch, consistent over time, and the service is simply impeccable—something increasingly rare these days. An absolute must-visit. Highly recommended.

Very well-kept restaurant, extremely kind and attentive staff. Sublime food. The restaurant is elegant, and the prices are absolutely in line with other restaurants of this caliber.

We had a Margarita and some spicy pizza, but I have to say that the rating is from one to 10, where 10 is the highest, the pizza rating is about a five, so how about paying by card, the service was professional, I would leave it like that, I probably wouldn't go there again... Although

It was a real feast. I started with chilled wine, and the very friendly waiter recommended the caprese to start. Then came the shrimp, which were perfectly fried. I also got a small something to try. I recommend it, I recommend it.

03/05/2026: The food was generally okay, but nothing particularly outstanding. Both the pasta with porcini mushrooms and the scallops were rather bland. It's noticeable that many of the 5-star reviews come from profiles with only a single review, which somewhat skews the overall impression. The staff was friendly; we didn't experience the rudeness from Asian staff mentioned in other reviews.
03/05/2026: Excellent food, but unfortunately the portions were far too small and the waiting times were somewhat long.

19/12/2025: We just had a great experience dining in Trattoria Valmarana. Both of our servers were really nice and the food was incredible! I wasn’t sure what to order and the pasta recommendation that server gave was so delicious! It was probably the best pasta I’ve ever had 🥹 Would definitely recommend 😊
11/12/2025: Amazing seafood pasta at a very reasonable price. Highly recommend here, it’s delicious!
