We popped in at lunchtime to book a table for the evening, but they didn't have any suitable availability, so we stayed for lunch instead. Absolutely wonderful experience. The service was warm and friendly, and the food was delicious. Grazie Mille!! 🙏

I was lucky enough to go there on a special occasion, and it confirmed both my positive reputation and my expectations. Great restaurant with Venetian cuisine. Small but very nice menu. The service was very friendly. I enjoyed the house wine so much that I bought a bottle there!

I've often gazed upon the roof terrace of this restaurant overlooking the canal I've been traversing for many years; just yesterday I had the opportunity to celebrate my niece's baptism there. This historic restaurant on Giudecca still exudes the air of a long-forgotten Venetian atmosphere. Typical and traditional dishes are delightfully revisited, fully respecting the rhythms of the lagoon. The staff is attentive and attentive, yet always discreet. The owners, Alessandro and Alice, are delightful people. A very positive experience.

A charming and authentic spot on Giudecca that perfectly reflects the quieter, more relaxed side of Venice. Sitting outside is highly recommended—the setting is calm, with a pleasant, local atmosphere that feels far removed from the crowds of the main island. The experience here is less about spectacle and more about understated quality. It captures the essence of Giudecca: unhurried, genuine, and comfortably traditional. Ideal if you want to step away from the hectic pace of central Venice and enjoy a more laid-back, local dining experience. Easy to recommend.

The food was well prepared, delicious and tasty, but the portions were very small. The prices were very high. Unfortunately, this creates a negative imbalance. For example, the starter was one (1) small octopus arm, €20. The main course was four small prawns and some tuna, €28. Two of the prawns were so-called red prawns, and they are more expensive, I know. But they were very small compared to what you get in Sicily for less money. A small, delicious lemon tart and a glass of bland white wine. All in all €76 (for one person). The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Nice place. Everything was really nice, except for the prices in relation to the portion sizes.
