Ruths is an amazing spot in a good location in Florence. Quaint and relaxing with a wonderful atmosphere. The type of place that makes you want to sit there for hours

5* in everything. A great discovery in the corner of the Synagogue, of the 3 days in Florence, we had 2 lunches here. Very friendly and excellent food.

I absolutely enjoyed this cozy restaurant with homey food! Didn’t want to have lunch anywhere else while being in Florence during my couple of days there. Thankful for this experience! Спасибо 🙏☺️

Historic Kosher restaurant in Florence, it is located near the beautiful Piazza D'Azeglio in the Santa Croce district, nearby you can admire the beautiful Synagogue. Apart from this, you can eat well traditional Jewish dishes with creative local reinterpretations. Fair prices, friendly and pleasant staff. Definitely worth a visit.

Restaurant unchanged over time: excellent service, delicious food... a place to eat well and feel at home!!! Excellent vegetarian, gluten-free and vegan options. In general all dishes are excellent! For us a place to return often. Highly recommended!

I love this little place! The food is really good and their artichokes are delicious, not even in Rome have I eaten them like this. Over the years I have come here many times and I like the fact that the cuisine is always the same, authentic and simple. The environment is quiet, with a warm and familiar atmosphere. The staff is friendly and helpful, ready to help you choose dishes and answer any questions about kosher cuisine. Ruth's menu is full of traditional Jewish dishes, prepared with fresh, quality ingredients. In addition to the artichokes and the house appetizer, I recommend trying a bit of everything. Inside there is a library with games, pastimes and books to make your stay more pleasant. I advise you to book in advance, especially if you want to eat at the weekend. There aren't many tables and it's very popular with the community. Ruth is a place that I highly recommend to anyone looking for a unique and authentic dining experience in Florence. È sempre una garanzia di mangiare bene. Oggi ci sono stata con una mia amica per festeggiare i nostri compleanni. Abbiamo preso un antipasto e un secondo di pesce: keftè di tonno accompagnato da tabbouleh e hummus con tahina, un piatto davvero squisito! Si sentiva che era tutto fresco preparato sul momento. Lo consiglio vivamente specialmente a chi ha problemi di digestione come me e la mia amica. Il proprietario è stato molto gentile perché sapendo che erano i nostri compleanni, non ci ha fatto pagare i due antipasti e caffè. Ci torneremo presto!

Siamo arrivati tardi , ma siamo stati accolti con cortesia e attenzione. Portate ottime, saporite e originali. Strepitosi il carciofo alla giudia e le alici fritte, croccanti e gustose. Personale gentile, gestore di grande signorilità in un ambiente tuttavia familiare. Raccomando a tutti di provare questo delizioso locale.
