I discovered this artisanal bakery by chance while strolling through the center of Florence and was truly impressed! The atmosphere is welcoming, and the open-plan workshop makes you feel immersed in the tradition of baking. The products are incredibly fresh and high-quality: the cantucci (especially the chocolate and fig ones) are fragrant and flavorful, and the pizzas/schiacciata are tasty and well-seasoned. 🍞🍪 The staff is very kind and helpful, always ready to recommend the best products and offer new tastings. The bread made with different flours and the desserts like tarts and brioches are also excellent. Prices are reasonable for the area and the ingredients are genuine. Highly recommended for breakfast, a snack, or even just to take away some typical Tuscan cookies! 👌 �
