The desserts are certainly decent (but not all good; for example, the croissants are often quite dry), while the savory dishes are nothing special.
Very expensive, especially for the cakes.
Service is a bit slow, but friendly enough.

I absolutely love this shop! If we lived here, this would be my every morning stop. I love the variety of drinks, pastry, desserts, etc. My favorite one was the energy boost one (a centrifuge). Great customer service! Alissio(I hope I am spelling right) was one of my favs!

I picked up a Sacher torte from the window display late in the afternoon and ate it that evening. The cake was good, but with one flaw that made it less than palatable: it was well-soaked and moist toward the center, but decidedly dry toward the outside. My suspicion is that the cake had been in the display case for some time and had dried out for that reason. I imagine this can happen, but it would be wise to notify the customer at the time of purchase, which was also priced at a rather high rate. The result was that everyone at the table encountered the same problem, and the pastry shop's image was not improved.
