20/01/2026: A fantastic, fairytale-like, intimate, and relaxing place. The food and drink are excellent. The hosts are kind, friendly, and always smiling. A place to return to just outside Florence. Thanks to whoever brought us here for dinner. Unforgettable!!

16/11/2025: A tiny little osteria. This season, there's only 14 seats inside in a bright space, and Francesca and Alice are attentive, efficient, and smiling, serving both humans and animals. The varied menu features traditional Tuscan fare, starting with an entrée offering pappa al pomodoro in the form of a small tartare. There were six of us, and we chose and exchanged the various dishes, all tasty and traditional, with a focus on vegetarians. €40 per person, including a Montalcino red, water, coffee, cheesecake, and a pear in wine. We'll definitely return, perhaps in the warmer months, when they can seat at least twenty more.

15/11/2025: It was great when we ate pizza and pasta, and then we also got delicious desserts, washed down with homemade limoncello... 🤯 The woman told me to add about the delicious cheesecake, which was oozing with salted caramel 🤎 The pizzaiolo was wonderful, and the lady made our culinary dreams come true. Final rating: 11/5, but you can only click 5 stars, I recommend it. 🇵🇱🇮🇹

11/11/2025: We really liked this place. It's what we call "cheap and cheerful" back home. It's not fancy but the food is solid and the staff are lovely. If I had a restaurant like it in my locale, I would eat there regularly.

26/12/2025: ⭐ 1 star – False information and zero respect for customers Today, December 26th, at 2:00 PM, I walked here 1.1 km with a 12-month-old baby in my arms because it was listed as open on Google (or at least without any notice of closure). I arrived and discovered it was CLOSED: in reality, you're on vacation from December 20th, 2025, and won't reopen until March 3rd. The worst part? It's completely blank on Google. No notice, no note, no update: nothing. It's a total disrespect for those who organize themselves, lead the way (perhaps with children), and waste their time needlessly. 30 seconds would be enough to update the hours and say "Closed for vacation until March 3rd." If you can't even do that, don't be surprised if people leave negative reviews. For me, it was a terrible experience. Never again.

23/12/2025: Closed from December 20th to March 6th Write it down!!! We walked all the way downtown because it said it was open, but it was actually closed!

07/12/2025: Birthday party. 14 of us arrived, table reserved for 9 PM. We sat down at 10 PM and ordered at 10:10 PM. The pizzas began arriving in threes from 11 PM until 11:30 PM. I can't rate the food because eating a pizza at 11:30 PM is not something you should do. Total bill: €442, €30 per person. It's a shame because the concept behind some of the pizzas could have been interesting. The desserts were excellent.

30/12/2025: A mixture of rudeness and indifference. The owner or the cashier wouldn't say hello even under torture, perhaps thinking they're using up too much oxygen in this crowded world. Uncomfortable as can be, for a small problem at the POS, they wouldn't even try again and send you on your way. Obviously, the card worked perfectly. Too tired to argue with such a person, I left.

12/11/2025: Honestly, I can't justify spending €40 per kilo for mini pastries for average quality. I didn't find anything special...sorry. Reply 11/12/2025 I completely understand the price increases and the value of artisanal work, but I believe the customer's perspective is still important. Prices may be "in line with the area," but it's always the final experience that determines the perception of quality and fairness of the cost. As Henry Ford said, "True progress is when technology is accessible to everyone"—in the same way, I believe the true success of a pastry shop is managing to keep excellence accessible to its customers. 08/11/2025: The first time I came in, I ordered croissants, and I can finally say I've eaten a filled croissant in Florence. The bar is very large and beautiful. I'll definitely be back.

24/01/2026: Borroncino Restaurant is a true gem for lovers of authentic Tuscan cuisine. A welcoming atmosphere, friendly service, and meticulously prepared dishes. The pollo al mattone is a specialty: tender, flavorful, and perfectly cooked: truly unmissable. A place you'll happily return to.

24/10/2025: One of my absolute favorite pizzerias! Tastes are definitely subjective... but I personally love their dough and the pizzas they serve. Eating a delicious pizza outside in the summer is the best, but I've always had a great time with takeout, too. If I'm unsure... I can always order 3-4 mixed slices and satisfy all my cravings in one go. The staff is always friendly and the prices are average 👍👍👍

25/02/2026: I was there as a customer at the delicatessen. It's a gem for true connoisseurs! The store is spacious and beautifully designed. They have umbrella bags at the entrance, which was a real help. There are tons of shelves, and you can find literally everything! (There was even a separate shelf for different types of flour.) I spent literally an hour and a half there browsing everything. There's also a bakery, which is hard not to fall in love with when it looks like this. There's a huge selection of cheeses; I even got to try some for free. Some items are specially designed for air travel, which was a real treat. They offer master classes, and you can even buy a gift trip on a "gastro tour." I found hippocampus juice, which I've never seen anywhere else! It's a shame that loyalty cards are only available to residents of Italy, although that's probably logical. The prices are pretty average for deli items of good quality, even lower than at another delicatessen I've been to. The staff is friendly, and I've never been greeted so many times. In short, it was a wonderful experience, and I would be happy to return again (probably with a separate suitcase for purchases from this store 🤪)

19/02/2026: A must-see! Market and restaurant in the traditional EATALY style. Italian wines at good prices and promotions on wonderful panettone. The restaurant has a menu of delicious soups and pizzas, among other options.

16/10/2025: Impeccable service. I was looking for a particular book, they found it for me, and in half a minute it was gift-wrapped and ready.

08/09/2025: Spectacular! Lots of variety and very friendly staff. You can find history books and recreational games in different languages.
