Nice to eat but I immediately realized that it was not ricotta cream. I asked at the counter and they confirmed that the filling was also made with cream. Please ..... don't call it Sicilian ...

27/07/2025: I found this place very cute and welcoming. The coffee was delicious. I tried an ACE-flavored muffin and loved it. Soft and flavorful. I haven't tried anything else, but I'll definitely be back. After years, I can say I'm a loyal customer. It's the best pastry shop in Florence. I always recommend it and they never disappoint. The desserts are fantastic and everything is made in their own bakery. I love it.

01/09/2025: Excellent specialty coffee place in Florence, with a big selection of beans available. We had a great time on our countless visits here to indulge in the V60 options. Definitely recommend trying the Geisha for those wanting something more special (Top Coffee Spot in Florence)

01/09/2025: A beautiful place in the center of Florence with a wide selection of both sweet and savory pastries and a good coffee. However, paying €4.70 for a coffee and croissant is unjustifiable. A pistachio croissant, even a fairly small one, for €2.70 is an affront to one's dignity.

20/07/2025: What a surprise from a Ristorante. We were walking toward another restaurant for dinner, which wasn't bad at all, and suddenly, we came across this one. How lucky we were. In our case, we ate two hamburgers—oh, wow, what hamburgers! The bread was homemade, and the meat was amazing. And the fries, far from being a side dish, were good on their own.

12/07/2025: A quick stop to write postcards in a bar that seems hidden from everyone. Once inside, a large shaded terrace full of greenery. Lots of young people gather there. We were able to drink a fresh lemonade, a stop full of good humor and tranquility. I recommend it to break up your day of sightseeing and take a real break! 🍋

15/05/2025: ZEROCALCARE signing sessions. He and the publisher Bao are very nice and punctual. Only one star instead for the organization of the event by the bookstore. Divided into 3 steps: drawing 15.00-18.00, 18.00-19.00 talk, 19.30-24.00 signing session. I leave home at 6.50, train and off I go, I arrive at 7.40 and I am 63rd in line (a gentleman contacted us 3 times), opening at 9 and delivery of the passes (bracelets) with a number written on them. They say that for the 1st step there are only 75 passes, I'll go back!! but when it's my turn they're already sold out 🤔 (I'm 15 and I'm ashamed to do myself justice), I'm the 6th excluded so I have to settle for the signing session. I feel bad😩, I get angry😡, I repress it thinking that the important thing will be to meet him. I enter school in 3rd period, I go out, I eat a sandwich on the fly and at 2pm I get back in line outside the library for the 6pm talk. At 4pm everyone stands, otherwise "we'll take up too much space" says one of the security guards. Finally I go in and enjoy the chat. They say NOW EVERYONE OUT AND WHO HAS A PASS FOR THE FIRMADILLO GET IN LINE FOR THE TIME GROUPS WRITTEN ON THE BRACELET. I go out, convinced that I will return almost immediately since I am number 6 in the first group, and here is another injustice, the line (60 people per hour) has already formed while the talk was taking place, I am second to last... My mother has joined me, worried about the time of returning to the train, she argues with the 2 security "gorillas" who do not enforce the order of the numbers assigned in the morning, the response of one of them is I DON'T CARE AT ALL ABOUT THE NUMBER. I am back inside to meet him, finally, even if I am the last one in the third time I have been in line since this morning. I look at the time and if everything goes well we will be able to take the 9.14 train and return home by 10pm... the director of the bookstore arrives and takes me by the hand and makes me climb among the first, perhaps she has understood that something has gone wrong? I thank her, but this is just not right, 3 times in line despite the numbered bracelet. What should be security, of indecent rudeness. I arrive home at 9 pm, very tired but still happy. Because to get justice you have to raise your voice, why?

19/08/2025: Delicious Tuscan cuisine with excellent value. Year after year! Lovely terrace with a view, and if you sit inside, it's cozy under bright fluorescent lighting—just like Italians! ;)

17/07/2025: Excellent, we ordered four excellent Margherita pizzas and two others, but they were very cooperative. They understood that we did not want pork on them and said to remove any pork products from them.

31/08/2025: Never set foot in the restaurant again. After a long wait, they serve you a vegetarian dish still in the freezer. The rooms and bathroom are filthy and smelly. With 20 people in the restaurant, the wait is long. I'll stop here because it's better.

08/08/2025: We were there with family two weeks ago... Large and well-stocked pastry shop, we had three pastries and three cappuccinos... The pastries were excellent, warm and full, and what can I say about the cappuccinos, hearts and swans, true works of art, it was almost a sin to drink them... Highly recommended.

26/07/2025: I had a very good Pu Er tea. I asked the waitress to add some water to the teapot. She replied that there were no leaves left in the teapot, but that she could make me another tea. I asked her to leave the leaves in the second tea. However, she brought me the tea without the leaves and told me that, for HACCP reasons, it's not allowed to leave them in the teapot. I took the HACCP course for my company, and as far as I know, there's no regulation against leaving tea leaves in the teapot. I felt truly cheated. The tea wasn't bad, but the service was poor. Chinese tea served in an English teapot is like eating spaghetti with ketchup. Unfortunately, my experience with this waitress has left me with no desire to return. I feel sorry for the place, but I have to admit I regret my choice.

25/05/2025: It's good, but the prices are disproportionate. The cheapest tea is a rip-off at €8.50, and so on, up to €20. When in my city it costs a typical €2, and in the store in Cantabria, there are thousands of infusions, all natural and artisanal, you can't fool people with disproportionate prices. Drinking tea, which isn't expensive, can't have a luxury price!

31/05/2025: Amazing location, super friendly staff and Marco is a fantastic cook. Worth a small detour from the via degli Dei and take a rest day by the lovely pool if you have time. There's a fishing lake down the hill you can catch trout for lunch at!

04/05/2025: We stayed here during the Via degli Dei, and had a really great time! I think our best stop, rustic rooms are very quiet. The surrounding environment is very beautiful and also the swimming pool and the rest. But what you cannot forget will be Marco's cuisine and hospitality, Orso's stories ☺️ greetings from Anna and Cris (the survivors of Osteria Bruciata)
