04/02/2025: Just returned from a dinner with friends, it was the first time I visited this restaurant and I was pleasantly surprised. If you love Indian cuisine and you are in Empoli it is really worth a visit. Each dish we ordered combined the flavor of the meat with the various spices in a balanced way. A truly excellent choice of foods, always explained by the owner who will be able to advise you with kindness and excellent conversation. The desserts were very good, also well balanced in the various combinations of ingredients. The environment is very very welcoming, with background music and adequate lights. Each diner has their own space at the table, which in our case was really large! Easy parking. Final price absolutely adequate for the quantity and quality of what we ate. We will definitely be back!!

11/12/2024: We are a couple without kids. We were looking for a unique and quiet place to explore he landscape by car and mountainbike. We loved everything in locando del molino. The warm welcome, the kindness of the stuff the wonderful, detailed restored mill, the delicious meals makes the stay unforgetable. We recommed to book the half board. We definitly plan to come back. 18/03/2025: An enchanting place, we stayed one night after having dinner in the restaurant. Unforgettable dinner, everything really excellent and not banal. Staff and owners very kind and helpful. The village where we stayed has been redeveloped as it was in the beginning and is a piece of history. Congratulations and thanks for your Passion. We will certainly return.

16/02/2025: Che felice! Io e il mio compagno (uso il suo account) siamo venuti a Grosseto per una domenica fuori provincia. Ho prenotato qui per pranzo: che scoperta spettacolare: tutto divino! Tutto! Lui non è veg come me ma ha amato ogni cosa. Davvero complimenti, torneremo!!!! Stile industriale e sapori spaziali!

15/02/2025: Il luogo ideale per un vegano. Piatti di alta qualità, con rivisitazioni di piatti classici in chiave VEG di alto spessore. Tortelloni Maremmani con ragoût veg o "burro veg e salvia"ad esempio, di ottima fattura. Ampia scelta dei vini di qualità ma anche birre ed alcolici. Dolci tentazioni come chiusura perfetta di un pasto TOP. Personale molto cortese e preparato. Un piacere parlare con lo Chef. Servizi igienici perfetti. Valore aggiunto Dog Friendly

22/03/2025: Experience 10/10, the food was delicious, both the risotto and the pappardelle, I especially recommend the entrecôte with truffle sauce!! We were recommended by Nina, the waitress, who treated us very well and was very attentive to us. Ultimately I recommend this restaurant!!

09/03/2025: Il mio migliore amico ha deciso di portarmi a pranzo in un bel posto a Firenze dove lui vive e la scelta dell'Osteria Pratellino si è rivelata veramente azzeccata. Cibo fantastico, vino buonissimo e servizio impeccabile del simpaticissimo oste. Per la prima volta ho mangiato la scottiglia, pietanza tipica toscana di cui mi sono innamorato.

22/01/2025: Tra tanto vino, olio, tartufo, carne, prodotti tipici che invitano in questa zona a ghiotti pranzi e merende, un buon gelato ci sta bene. Qui lo trovi buono, con un’ampia varietà di gusti non solo classici ma anche con qualche originalità. Ambiente gradevole soprattutto per l’accogliente cortile con tanti tavoli e sedie a disposizione del pubblico. Prezzi equi (coppetta due gusti 3 euro). Il locale ha successo e quindi nelle ore di punta è facile dover fare un po’ di fila. Servizio al banco un po’ approssimativo e con qualche sbavatura.

06/03/2025: Week end lungo in direzione Pistoia con la mia compagna e venendo a conoscenza di questo viaggio da Roma, mio figlio mi fa...devi assolutamente andare da Guinceri...è una esperienza! Mai consiglio e commento fu più veritiero!! Mi aveva anticipato che il luogo non è di "taglio" economico e/o medio ma come riportato nella scelta del titolo, laddove possibile questi luoghi vanno visitati, gustati e goduti a 360 gradi. La location intesa come locale è molto affascinante ed arredata con gran gusto al punto tale che chiudendo gli occhi ed affacciandomi alle finestre, non mi sarei sorpreso di trovarmi in contesti tipo St. Moritz, Courmayer o Cortina (forse perchè in parte mi sono sentito in uno chalet moderno). Oltre all'accoglienza del personale, trovo sempre di alto gradimento il saluto del proprietario che, come in questo caso, è passato in ogni singolo tavolo. L'esperienza si è basata in gran parte sulla presenza del tartufo che sia sugli antipasti che carni, è stato un perfetto abbinamento legato alle materie prima di altissima qualità (comprso il vino)! Come mia abitudine prima di andare in un locale, leggo le recensioni (anche se non sono mai una bibbia) e mi hanno incuriosito quelle negative che miravano soprattutto ai prezzi alti. Ripeto la mia opinione già espressa in situazione simili...per delle occasioni speciali o coccole extra come le chiamo io, esperienze di questo genere che ti portano a spendere quasi 100 euro a testa, ci possono stare perchè nel prezzo concorrono tanti fattori che molti clienti, non sanno o fanno finta di non sapere. Per fortuna l'Italia è piena di luoghi dove è possibile pranzare dai 30/35 € a salire... Quindi si sceglie, perchè nessuno punta pistole alla testa di nessun cliente! Quindi complimenti a tutti, dalla proprietà all'intero staff, aggiungendo una piccola nota a margine che sicuramente nel mio caso sarà sfuggita, avendo chiacchierato molto con il cameriere durante il nostro pranzo. Ho pagato ricevendo il dettaglio del conto, solo post pagamento. Forse colpa mia perchè sono andato direttamente in cassa? Non lo so e non ha rovinato assolutamente questa bellissima esperienza che ho goduto con la mia compagna. Daje sempre...
