A traditional and very pleasant pastry shop, ideal for breakfast or a break while exploring Florence. It has a good variety of pastries, croissants, cakes, and savory options, accompanied by well-prepared Italian coffee. The atmosphere is simple and authentic, more like a local establishment than one designed exclusively for tourists.
The service is usually quick and friendly, and the prices are reasonable for being in the historic center, near the Santa Maria Novella train station. There are tables inside, but it's also convenient to order something and continue your walk. A good choice for a cappuccino with a pastry.

This was the first Italian cafe we tried and it was an amazing experience. Eating the cornettos with a hot cup of cappuccino was one of the top experiences during our trip, and we are scrambling at home to emulate a similar experience on a daily basis. This cafe was very local and not fussy - lots of locals when we walked in. Try whatever looks good and order some coffee, you won’t regret it.

Delicious pastries, the best croissants in Florence. Unfortunately, the afternoon bartender is incredibly rude. He doesn't know how to handle people, and always responds rudely, with a snobbish expression. He's a truly unpleasant person, which is why you'll never want to go there again when he's around.

From all the coffee shops we tried in Florence, this wins the prize. Amazing coffee and incredible pastries, with a very reasonable price compared with other caffeterias. 10/10
