04/01/2026: I'm sorry, but this place is definitely one to avoid. Interminable waits for a sandwich that arrived after more than half an hour, cold and inedible. The waiters are inattentive to the customer's needs and forget about you even if you ask for something two seconds before. I noticed I wasn't the only table in the dining room with complaints. The only pro of this place is its very central location, but as far as the food and service go, it's best to skip it and look elsewhere.

The lady who served us made us feel truly at home, true to the restaurant's philosophy. The food is very good, carefully prepared, without any strange overtones, but flavorful and with truly generous portions. Congratulations on this wonderful place.

01/01/2026: A select setting in one of my favorite neighborhoods in Palermo, Kaksa. The cuisine is traditional with a modern twist, the portions are generous, the service is attentive, and the prices are very fair. If I had to find a flaw, it's that I didn't perceive the passion and love in the dishes, which one expects to find in Sicilian cuisine. The ideas are there, as are the ingredients, but the execution seems to me to be that of a young and inexperienced chef, or of a foreign chef. In any case, if you're in Palermo, stop by for lunch or dinner.

18/01/2026: We had dinner at Le Caserie and were enchanted. The dishes are true works of art: the cuttlefish and busiate were exceptional. You can taste the sourcing of the finest ingredients and the chef's expert hand in revisiting Sicilian tradition. The elegant and romantic atmosphere is perfect for a special evening.

05/01/2026: Nicola, his son Gabriele, and the entire staff are exceptional, not only in their hospitality but also in their attention to detail throughout the meal. The food is excellent, with excellent quality and reasonable prices for the selection. They also accommodate all food allergies and vegetarian requests. I've been coming here for years and it's always a pleasure to return. Another plus is the waiters, who speak perfect English, a crucial detail when hosting international guests. 21/01/2026: The restaurant is located in a stunning location with a breathtaking view! It's in a very quiet, green area. The food is very good, though the service is a shame, but it's still highly recommended!

06/01/2026: We happened upon them by chance for Epiphany lunch, and they welcomed us kindly and professionally. There were two of us, and we ordered a house appetizer, a first course, and a second course. Everything was delicious, there was nothing that wasn't top-notch. The tagliatelle are exquisite, and the tiramisu is the highlight. I'll definitely be back. The price is very fair.

12/12/2025: Two of us went to Pizzotto with a reservation. As soon as we arrived, they showed us to our table immediately, with courtesy and kindness. They recommended I start with a cocktail, and I chose a Negroni. Without asking, they also offered me a generous portion of potato chips, a much-appreciated treat. We chose two pizzas, one "gourmet" which I highly recommend, with excellent ingredients and plenty of it. My partner chose a simple Margherita with kamut dough (being gluten-intolerant), which was also truly delicious. They even brought her packaged cutlery to avoid cross-contamination. In these cases, attention to detail is very important given the delicate nature of the matter. My compliments! Finally, we rounded out the dinner with an almond parfait, also gluten-free, which was delicious! They even gave us a discount at the end, truly kind. We will definitely be back. Highly recommended, especially for those with gluten intolerances. You will find everything here, completely safe! Thanks again.

04/02/2026: I've been going to this place for over 13 years, ever since college, and I can honestly say it's better than many others. The arancini selection is very varied, beyond the classics: ragù, white, salmon, mushroom, spinach and ricotta, pistachio, pistachio and shrimp, norma, pistachio and speck, etc. The portions are good and well-seasoned, although I remembered them being a bit larger and a bit cheaper, but times have changed and everything has adjusted to the cost of living. These days, for the Feast of Sant'Agata, I took some colleagues from Friuli and Veneto to Serafino, and they were absolutely delighted! You can sit inside, even though the place isn't big, and there are tables outside as well.
