16/07/2025: Wow che dire, mangio pizza da una vita e questa è a mani basse la più buona che io abbia mai provato, premio due spicchi gambero rosso non a caso! Metto 4 stelle perché purtroppo il luogo non è all’altezza della qualità del cibo i tavoli sorgono nel mezzo di un parcheggio e in una zona non bellissima, lo staff potrebbe migliorare il cameriere grassoccio si aggira per i tavoli con un fare fastidioso e che mette un po’ a disagio i clienti dovrebbe insegnare qualche maniera!

06/09/2025: AMAZING PIZZA. just when we thought Catania had no suprises left for us we went to this place because it was near the central Catania station. And it exceeded my expectations. pizza Dani had a very vivid pistacchio taste apart from just looking amazing and the whole thing just felt very velvety which is exactly what I searched for in this kind of pizza. the place was nearly full within the first 30 minutes of opening but there were still no issues getting a table since the restaurant is pretty spacious.

La prima location vista da internet e subito di presenza è stata proprio villa verdiana... In sintesi?!? Il giorno stessa visitata l'abbiamo scelta in meno di 24h... Non eravamo mai stati prima,a scatola chiusa ci siamo subito fidati del mitico signor Trubia e dalla sua collaboratrice Simona che mi ha seguito e proposto dall'inizio... E che dire,ci siamo sposati il20/07/2025 è stato tutto da favola,perfetto ed indimenticabile... Siamo stati trattati da Re e da Regina... I nostri ospisti stupiti ed affacciati dal luogo e anche da tutte le pietanze... 05/09/2025: The Best Cannoli in Taormina You have to go to Roberto's because it's the pastry shop specializing in cannoli, made fresh daily and made to order. It's become a Taormina institution. It's 100% fresh, unlike other pastry shops, which are often prepared industrially. On the first day, we met Mr. Roberto during our first tasting and immediately struck up a very friendly relationship with the owner. It should also be said that in late August and early September, there are far fewer tourists and there are almost no lines. (During high season, be patient in the sun because it's worth it.) Mr. Roberto was very kind, taking the time to carefully explain to us all the work that goes into preparing this iconic Sicilian dessert. We were able to see him at work every morning, as it was our ritual after a good coffee. He also produces various dry biscuits and nougats, all of which are excellent. On our last morning, we made sure to stop by to say hello to Mr. Roberto and enjoy one last treat before our departure. Knowing the day before that we were leaving, he welcomed us with a big smile and two cannoli as a thank you gift for our daily visits. We left with 2 kg of pistachio and hazelnut nougat and the memory of a wonderful encounter with a wonderful person. I'm already looking forward to seeing him again on my next trip to Sicily. Un saluto Sig. Roberto. Grazie e ci vediamo presto.

02/09/2025: We had the Sicilian Camilo with ricotta and pistachio. It was spectacular, one of the best I've had in Sicily. The service was fantastic and very entertaining. A must-try in Taormina.

26/08/2025: We found the restaurant by chance, and it was a good choice, as it's located at the top of a narrow street. We didn't have to wait to be seated, and the food was delivered fairly quickly. I recommend trying the Sicilian-style meat rolls.

09/07/2025: The only good thing was the wine, a total disappointment, so much so that we left the two main courses on our plate. Rabbit, which not even a top-tier restaurant would serve, and half a Borrettana onion covered in this dome of dry, salty, burnt bread, inedible. Linguine with anchovies were incredibly salty, and tagliatelle were greasy and salty, too, so we left everything on our plate. A total disappointment, I'm sorry to say. Perhaps it's fine for German and Anglo-Saxon tourists. Unfortunately, the stunning location isn't enough.

06/09/2025: For starters, we had the cheese selection, and it was a 20/10...simply phenomenal, as were the drinks!!! We've never eaten such good vegan cheese. For main course, we had Corbonara and the Chapeau pasta. Unfortunately, it wasn't quite to our taste; it was a bit too bland (for us). Nevertheless, we would eat there again. The staff was very friendly, and everything went very quickly! (I personally thought the playlist was great too :) )

06/09/2025: After walking for hours in the summer heat around Isola di Ortigia, this restaurant felt like a welcoming oasis. The cozy atmosphere with cool music made it even more enjoyable, and the vegan dishes were truly delicious – something I believe anyone, not just vegans, would appreciate.
