05/04/2025: It's nice to sit in - but €10 for an Aperol Spritz is a disgrace. Last year it was €7. But maybe Valentina just wanted to make a quick cash from us tourists. She should enjoy doing this with others in the future!

30/03/2025: Var i Biancavilla søndag eftermiddag. Byen virkede helt lukket. Søgte på GoogleMap efter en restaurant. Fandt denne, som havde de bedste anmeldelser. Vi blev budt velkommen af tjeneren, der mødte os i gårdhaven. Trådte efterfølgende ind i den mest "anderledes", ubeskrivelig rustikke og hyggelige restaurant. Blev mødt af stor gæstfrihed fra tjener og vært. Der var rockmusik - lige efter vores smag - på anlægget. Super betjening og ypperlig mad. Ingen ventetid. Alt var fantastisk til prisen. Værten havde virkelig skabt sit "livsværk". Han nød virkelig at være der og nød at servicere os kunder. En unik oplevelse, som alle bør prøve.

21/02/2025: We ate at this restaurant twice, for dinner, after a walk in the area to admire the lava flow. If the food is really good and tasty (fresh pasta with porcini mushrooms and spinach, horse meatballs, bruschetta, pork rib and sausage), the welcome and friendliness of Gaetano, the owner, are an added value of well-being and positivity, which made us spend a very pleasant evening, between taste and amiable conversation. Furthermore, the environment is very characteristic, created from the stable of Gaetano's grandparents' house and furnished with ancient objects, artistically adapted and painted, such as a decorated wagon wheel that functions as a chandelier. Needless to say, we had a good time. We will definitely be back.

24/03/2025: Excellent pizza topped with quality ingredients. Dough for lovers of Neapolitan pizza, therefore soft. Fast and present service. Reservations required as it is a highly rated place in the city. Recommended.

30/10/2024: Our wedding at the Casale was a dream, and it was for everyone, spouses and guests! Giusy, Francesco and their staff were impeccable professionals, organized in a superlative way. The food of exceptional quality, combined with the organization and a wonderful location, made our wedding unforgettable, even for our guests, who still today, months later, continue to talk about it

07/12/2024: I tasted the squid ink arancina. I truly found it to be the best I have ever eaten. The breading is superb. For me it's the TOP, ten heads above all the others.

18/11/2024: We had arancini and polpetta take away. They were all delicious 😋 It was busy at lunch time but nothing the ladies behind the counter didn't take in their stride. The polpetta were broccoli €3 for 2 The arancini were norma and we also had Ragu - €2.50 each They also have pasta dishes, which looked great, but we didn't try.

08/03/2025: Mr Sambataro is a skilled restaurateur who has a profound knowledge of local products. The oil tasting is unmissable. Excellent starters and meats

22/02/2025: A very quaint restaurant exclusively for breakfast/coffee and lunch. Gladly visited by the local population. It impresses with its simple, authentic atmosphere and cuisine. We come here at least once every time we are in Noto.

01/02/2025: Very local restaurant that is outside of the city. Easily accessible by car. English is not really spoken but the menu has English translation. The green pasta had a peppermint taste which I didn’t like but the pasta with grilled egg plant was absolutely awesome. The only thing which was strange is that they use plastic cups for mineral water but the entire experience was perfectly fine

26/11/2024: Simply wonderful. Small, tranquil alley, small chairs and tables made from wine crates in front of it, rustically furnished inside - what was promised visually was even exceeded by the wine. We're not big wine connoisseurs, we said we like a dry Lugana - he recommended a local wine. In short: the best we have ever drunk. We also ate a bruschetta, the selection was limited because not all the ingredients were available in winter (so everything is fresh!) - but still a very good little piece of bread for a reasonable €2.50. If you want to have a drink before dinner: go here!

14/03/2025: We came without a reservation, but before the official opening time. Although all the tables were empty, we were assigned a seat directly opposite the kitchen with a view of the open toilet door. When asked, it was said that all other tables were reserved from 8 p.m. A good host knows how to allocate his tables several times - unfortunately that wasn't the case here. If we had been kindly informed that the table was only available for a limited time, that would have been a professional solution. Instead, we felt more pushed away. In addition, there is no menu, just a QR code - not ideal for guests who deliberately leave their cell phones aside while on vacation. Under these circumstances we had lost our desire for a good bottle of wine and an enjoyable meal. We ordered a pizza and a beer instead - both were fine. We left the restaurant again at exactly 8:00 p.m. Not recommended!

15/04/2025: Strategically located, in front of the cathedral, it has an infinite variety of sweet and savory dishes. You must try the iris both baked and fried...a delight for the palate. The waiters are super kind and available to give advice. Absolutely to try!!
