A wonderful experience at Cappello Pasticceria. A true Palermo institution, where tradition and quality are evident in every detail. Locals love it. This is a great looking pasticceria with great variety of cakes. Cannolo os the best one I tried in Palermo. The bisquite is great, the filling not too sweet. Great!

Best bakery & cafe in Palermo!! A bit hidden away. We came back three times. Great espresso, Americano and cappuccino. Large selection of freshly baked cakes & pasties delivered from next door regularly. Owners are always around keeping an eye on things. The staff are very courteous and helpful. Amazing amazing pastries! The imitation fruit, the tiramisu, the small cookies, everything!

Amazing. I have never left a review anywhere before, but I have to do it here. It is amazing here. Best cannolo of my life. Service is good, lovely people. Tasty cappuccino and clean inside.

The excellence of Palermo's pastry making. Four generations of master pastry chefs, from 1944 to today. The cassata is simply perfect: soft sponge cake, creamy and fragrant pure sheep's milk ricotta, bright green marzipan, and the candied fruit decoration is a work of art in itself. The cannoli: the crumbly and crunchy shell, the fresh ricotta filled to order is perfectly sweet, with chocolate chips and orange zest. One of the best cannoli I've ever eaten. The staff is professional and courteous, the atmosphere is refined and elegant. A must-visit in Palermo.

23/05/2026: Great service from the server Jericho. He said he's been working since opening, he has a great personality. I came almost everyday, during the ship's drydock in fincantieri. Jericho remember my order all the time without telling him. I will come back here again whenever i come to Palermo. I also want to say thank you to one of the owner family, the lady. She's very nice and say hello to me everytime i come, eventhough she couldn't speak english. Just one comment, some of the waiters, they need to be more friendly to their customers. Other than that, thank you for welcoming me every time i come to visit. Bravo!!
