08/06/2025: The BEST pistachio ice cream we ever had in our life. And I don't even like pistachio that much 😁 Everything else is also super delicious. It's a must-go when you visit Taormina...or even when you visit Sicily 😀

05/06/2025: Great menu with lots of Sicilian dishes. As vegetarians we found many more choices than most restaurants and didn't have to eat the ubiquitous pasta alla Norma once over 3 visits. Friendly staff.

03/06/2025: At 15:15 looking for something to eat. Unfortunately the kitchen was already closed but the nicest Polish/Italian waitress still arranged something simple for us. She also advised us for the local ice cream dessert which was great

02/06/2025: We were welcomed with an aperitif offered on the panoramic outdoor terrace. We had lunch outside, a fixed menu proposed and explained with the possibility of choosing à la carte, but the fixed menu proposal convinced us immediately. We spent a pleasant lunch. Everything very good and excellent service. Location surrounded by greenery and with a play area for children. Large parking lot. We also purchased some of their own liqueurs.

06/04/2025: Excellent pizzeria, the pizzas are really delicious and prepared with care and harmony. In the menu, in addition to the usual pizzas, there are new and reinterpretations of classic pizzas, the service is kind and friendly. The dough is light and the next day you don't have the classic hassles of pizza rising at the speed of light, this is a sign of quality! Cozy and warm environment, I would just put the music a little lower. Highly recommended!

09/03/2025: The pizzas may also have a good quality/price ratio, but the service is nothing short of disgraceful. I've been trying to call on Saturdays to order pizzas for 3 years and every time no one answers. You will say to me "and after 3 years you are still thinking about ordering pizzas from them?", well yes because I think the situation has changed, but it hasn't. I'll start by saying that it says on the internet that they open at 6.30, but I still start calling 2 hours before. Systematically it gives me busy or "unreachable" for an hour or even more, until, by pure luck, it finally seems to ring... All solved, right? No, because the time is told to me "not before 10.30/11". At this point I was told that I had to call the day before if I wanted the pizzas at 8.30/9 because people think about it first. Needless to say, every time I tried to call the day before, I was told I couldn't book pizzas a day later, which also seems fair enough. I therefore conclude by saying that this problem needs to be fixed, because it is not possible that I or other people, after having called continuously for an hour or more, will be told this, also because, after the hour spent calling them, the chances of being able to order a pizza at a time you like best in another pizzeria are also "decreased" 😂.

03/05/2025: I ate excellent meat, I took the Argentine Angus and it was truly spectacular: soft, tasty and cooked very well. The place is very well looked after, with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Friendly, attentive and super professional staff. You can see that there is great attention to detail. Highly recommended!

I felt like I could've been in Bangkok or Cali instead of Sicily. Lots of other restaurants in Syracuse. Go there instead.

14/05/2025: The food is very good. We went there twice. We ate very well both evenings. The chef's recommendations were excellent. The service is very attentive and friendly. The decor is entirely in keeping with the restaurant's name, "Koralle."

14/05/2025: A real discovery! Excellent restaurant with outdoor terrace! We were thrilled! The food is of the highest quality and the service impeccable. The owner was really kind and friendly, she made us feel at home. The mussels in sauce with rosemary were a revelation: very fresh ingredients, perfect cooking and a very original recipe with the aromatic touch of oregano that made them unique. The best mussels I have ever eaten! The spaghetti with red prawns and pistachio were also excellent: rich but delicate flavor, balanced and really tasty. Finally, the octopus served on chickpea cream was tender and well paired, with a new and refined taste.

12/05/2025: Enrico and his son Gabriele put all their kindness and their heart into preparing delicious Palermitan specialties, and the result is there. Panelle, crocchè, potatoes stuffed with caponata or Palermitan sausage, salads, everything is great!
