04/04/2026: A really lovely place! The fish was amazingly prepared and all the dishes were very delicious. The Ambiente was very enjoyable with an open stage night and the service always authentic and friendly.

11/05/2026: Located in a small alley, we stumbled upon this restaurant by chance and were more than satisfied. Although we were a fairly large group and the restaurant was quite busy, we got a table without having to wait long. The staff was exceptionally friendly and even spoke German, so they were able to give us excellent advice about the food. We ordered typical Italian pasta, which we thoroughly enjoyed. To finish, we were offered a complimentary limoncello, which was also incredibly delicious. If we ever find ourselves in Sicily again, we will definitely visit this restaurant again. Highly recommended!

29/03/2026: Excellent experience: Welcome, with a welcome glass of prosecco and a savory wafer. Fast, attentive, professional, and very kind service. Truly good food. My wife ordered the Bronte pizza, about €14; it has a very light, flaky dough and excellent toppings, in addition to the generous portion. I ordered the fish appetizer for myself; for €22, you can satisfy your hunger, delighting in a delicious pepper caponata, a trio of marinated fish, a selection of fried small fish (very fresh), octopus salad, peppered mussels, and two anchovies (I would have preferred some marinated anchovies). Good crusty bread; as soon as the first basket was finished, the waiter immediately brought a second without me having time to ask. A 750 ml bottle of still water and a 33 cl Strait beer. Finally, a warm chocolate heart for my wife and a mandarin sorbet for me. All this for €57, including €2.80 per person for the cover charge. (A little high, but still satisfying.) An experience to repeat!

19/04/2026: I want to point out that I care a lot about the quality of the products, and there's a lot of it here. I absolutely recommend it. I came here mainly to try the Maestrale, which is a must-try, truly delicious. A very unique and intimate place, very welcoming, and very kind staff.

08/05/2026: We went to this little restaurant on May 1st at the recommendation of a colleague who was very pleased with the quality and authenticity of the food. I deserved 5 stars! Excellent home cooking... just the right portions, and a quiet and, above all, clean atmosphere. The owner is a wonderful person who loves animals and immediately puts you at ease. We love dining out, and of all the places in Catania and the surrounding province, I have to say this is one of the best.

19/04/2026: Ristorante 131 - Alibi, located on Via della Libertà in Palermo, was a pleasant discovery. The atmosphere is relaxing and the service impeccable. Erica and Samuele are extremely kind, friendly, and professional. We had the pleasure of meeting the chef, who prepared delicious dishes with the freshest and finest ingredients. See you next time. Highly recommended!

09/04/2026: What can I say, the guys have talent, they'll grow up and one day they'll have a nice Michelin star :-D. Perfect evening, food: a concentration of Sicily in every bite, they were always smiling and helpful, even with my elderly mother. Top evening.
