03/05/2026: It was our first time here at Il Cortiletto and we were truly thrilled! We recommend it, especially if, like us, you want to take advantage of its strategic location in the historic center, just steps from the Archaeological Museum (also recommended!). The staff is welcoming, and the dishes blend local products with innovative flavors. The dishes are always balanced yet tasty, and every choice reveals thoughtful consideration. The dining room seats no more than 50 people, but this makes the experience even more special and intimate. We'll definitely be back!

11/04/2026: You immediately feel at ease with a sincere smile upon arrival. The place is spotlessly clean. I chose the tasting menu and was delighted with every course, from the presentation, which was explained in detail by the staff during the tasting. I asked for advice on the drinks to accompany each course, and the waiter never made a mistake in pairing them. Compliments to the entire staff.

24/02/2026: Ladies and gentlemen, take a seat, and I'll tell you about my adventure at Tutta 'NataStoria in Martina Franca... a story that not even Eduardo would have had the courage to stage. As soon as I enter, bam! The smell of frying food hits me like an intrusive relative I haven't seen in years: "Hey, boy, how are you?" He hugs you, holds you, walks you home, and, if he could, he'd even send you a three-minute voice message on WhatsApp. My clothes, even now, are looking for a lawyer to apply for political asylum. The place, then... ah, the place! It looks like the set of a theater abandoned after its last performance in '52. A "post-abandonment" setting that, I swear, will drive archaeologists of the future crazy: "Professor, look: here they studied primitive life without hygiene!" In there, hygiene is like a munaciello: everyone talks about it, but no one has ever seen it. And the multitasking manager? He seems engaged in a personal war against any minimum standard of cleanliness... and he's winning with frightening ease. And now we come to the bathroom, the real coup de théâtre. No toilet paper, and the flush has decided to retire early. An experience that to call "unpleasant" would be like saying Vesuvius is a little hot. But be careful, because the ending is worthy of a comic tragedy: the bill. Because yes, on top of all this, the place also manages to be expensive. A true "dystopian luxury": you pay like in a serious restaurant, but you get an experience that not even the worst episodes of Kitchen Nightmares would have the courage to air. In short, an evening that not only would I not repeat, but that I would recommend only to those who want to test their fortitude... or their nose. A comedy, yes, but one of those that makes you laugh so you don't cry.

23/02/2026: As we walked in, we thought, "Where are we?!" Well, we can loudly say that at the end of the dinner, WE DIDN'T WANT TO LEAVE, because we were in the most fantastic place in Martina Franca... Extraordinary pizza, light, top-notch dough, quality ingredients. Then you add the secret ingredient, the one that gives it added value, namely Giuseppe... grit, passion, love, dedication, spontaneity, charisma, cheerfulness, and true Neapolitan spirit. 09/05/2026: We ate at this superb, traditional restaurant run by locals—the lovely family in the kitchen and the couple serving. This restaurant has been around for about ten years now. You can feel the passion and depth in every dish. If you're ever in Lecce, stop by and try the best brasciole of our trip. From the welcome to the dessert, it was flawless and left us with wonderful memories 🥰. Thank you, it was divine 🙏🏼⭐️🚀

30/04/2026: I called late in the morning, almost closing time, and they gave me full availability. We arrived within minutes and were greeted with such kindness. The service was impeccable and fast. The food was very good, made with top-quality ingredients. Prices were reasonable, in line with the location.

07/01/2026: On the first day, access was literally blocked by a dense, cheerful Italian crowd, patiently waiting or enjoying their focaccia in a wonderful atmosphere… despite the icy wind. We gave up. The second day, exactly the same scenario. Another attempt, another failure. What's the mystery? On the third day, finally, we understood the reason for the crowds. The focaccia and the bread were simply exceptional. Of remarkable quality, they fully justified the wait: here, patience is richly rewarded.

07/01/2026: A unique place that reeks of history and serves delicious food even during siesta, when all other restaurants are closed. A big plus for that! You can sit across from it, in the stone gateway, and still soak up the history while savoring a delicious pizza crust by the pound.

03/05/2026: If you want to eat fish that truly tastes of the sea, this is the place. I had an octopus and shrimp appetizer that was out of this world: incredibly fresh ingredients, perfectly cooked, and a presentation that shows how much love they put into the kitchen. The octopus was incredibly tender and the shrimp were incredibly sweet. An experience that reconnects you with good food. Five well-deserved stars!

16/05/2026: Great food! The pinsa, or rather pinsy, we ate were incredibly tasty. The combination of flavors was truly a masterpiece. The place has a fantastic view of the valley.

A small suggestion... to better savor and enjoy the dishes, especially the appetizers... and especially on a holiday... increase the service time... an extra hour would make this excellent lunch even more complete. ☺️

15/05/2026: Excellent lunch. The orecchiette and cicatielli were very good. The waiter was very kind. Excellent bread. Good prices.

03/05/2026: Excellent bar, home-made pastries, well-organized, uniformed service, plenty of choice, and a quaint indoor dining area. If you prefer the sun, there are a few well-exposed tables outside.
