04/08/2026: The panzerotte were excellent, a bit small but the price was right, we ate four! However, the wait was very long. I didn't have any change, so I gave him a bill. He asked if I had a one-euro coin, I gave it to him, and he refused to give me my change. He said, "I'll give you your bill later." I replied, "Why later?" and he gave me my change, but this kind of attitude is really unacceptable. There were two older people there, but they were incredibly rude, the kind of person I've never seen before, and they were very aggressive. The service was really subpar. I was shocked.

11/04/2026: You immediately feel at ease with a sincere smile upon arrival. The place is spotlessly clean. I chose the tasting menu and was delighted with every course, from the presentation, which was explained in detail by the staff during the tasting. I asked for advice on the drinks to accompany each course, and the waiter never made a mistake in pairing them. Compliments to the entire staff.

11/06/2026: Spent the day in the Roman spa. Wonderful experience. Friendly staff. There are ruins of a medieval tower that were preserved in the floors. Very cool.

09/06/2026: An amazing hotel with a modern and baroque charm. Polite and responsive staff. Attends to all your requests. The restaurant is fantastic and so are the servers. The Spa and massages are very interesting and refreshing. Location is central. Every spot is within walking distance. Has a fabulous time staying at the hotel. They sell produce from their farm. Try it. You won’t regret the taste. It’s so captivating that I bought their extra virgin olive oil, pickled mushrooms and a tomato sauce made from apple cider vinegar vinegar.

14/07/2026: The location offers a breathtaking view of the Gulf of Taranto, but the service was inattentive (we were asked several times if our plates could be cleared while we were still finishing dinner). The pizza was very good, but the cut was absolutely disappointing, both in taste and quantity. It's a shame, otherwise I would have given it 1 star.

12/07/2026: If you find yourself in Altamura I definitely recommend stopping by this ancient bakery to taste their focaccias and maybe buy some bread. There is also the possibility of getting a drink and sitting at the tables or benches in front of the bakery. We have tasted various focaccias and they are fantastic, as is the bread we bought. The prices are excellent value for money.

12/07/2026: Crazy prices for a perfectly ordinary focaccia. A tourist trap. A place that commodifies one of Southern Italy's simplest culinary traditions and objectifies women who make pasta by displaying them for the sake of some social media story from tourists who ruin our cities! This isn't Southern Italy. I'll add: since you say it's fake, I'm attaching a photo of the receipt.

01/06/2026: Spectacular pizzeria, with a wide variety of menu choices and unique combinations, using top-notch ingredients (one of the best salamis I've ever tasted). You can feel the passion and care behind it, both in the selection of ingredients and in the preparation of the pizzas. I returned to try the burgers and they were also pleasantly surprised; the meat was cooked perfectly and the bun tasted amazing. The staff is friendly and attentive, making me feel right at home. They pay particular attention to dietary requirements and are completely willing to accommodate even the most discerning guests.

06/06/2026: While vacationing in Alberobello for a few days, I chose and booked this small pizzeria ahead of time, both because of the excellent reviews and because other "popular" pizzerias in the center didn't accept reservations. And I didn't regret it at all. It's located just steps from the historic center of this charming town of Locorotondo and has very few tables. However, the immediate impact was pleasant, thanks to the warm welcome of the owner (a Milanese architect who moved south for a sense of adventure, the climate, and the landscape). His partner (or companion?), a tall, blonde, and elegant woman, took to the wood-fired oven with ease and skill (never seen anything like it!). The pizzas, in various flavors, were light and very flavorful, and we thoroughly enjoyed them. At the end, they even offered us small slices of sweet pizza and a liqueur. Their kindness was greatly appreciated. The prices are very reasonable (as per the attached receipt), especially considering the excellent quality. Highly recommended.

07/07/2026: The pizza is really good, the prosciutto (it seems) is really excellent quality! They have a great variety of doughs that I don't often find around, in fact almost never... they even have lactose-free mozzarella. Fast and attentive service, but please give the staff a little kindness, one guy in particular, sorry but he is really rude and lacking in empathy, I've been there 3 times in a short time and 3 times I've never seen him smile!! The guy who takes orders maybe tells him through the customer in front, otherwise he wouldn't even smile if he were using binoculars. The quality/price ratio and the food are fair.

03/07/2026: We found this pizzeria by chance when we were visiting Cisternino for a quick stop It is located in a little plaza. The service was fast , the food delicious and the atmosphere relaxed and summery. Its the most famous pizzeria in town so we were lucki to find a table, but after you could see the line of people trying to get a table. Very advisable to make a reservation.

05/04/2026: We had dinner at Giorè for Father's Day and used a The Fork discount coupon. Let's start with the fact that the menu available online (The Fork, Google, the website) is slightly different from what's available in-house, so this was a bit disconcerting, at least initially. Of the various dishes we chose, the octopus rosticciana was definitely the most popular and most appreciated—it was truly excellent. The two first courses were also excellent with the carbonara and the pasta with ragù. I personally had the tartare with egg (which I asked them to remake because there was a hair on the egg) and the duck with pumpkin cream (definitely my least favorite of all the dishes). The bread with oil served as a welcome dish was excellent, however—it was truly delicious. The service was spartan and simple. One negative point was the price, which everyone considered somewhat excessive for what they ate.
