Santina is a professional and welcoming mother who tries to explain all the dishes to you as best as possible. Everything was delicious and the location was beautiful. Highly recommended!!!

01/11/2025: This establishment offers a magnificent view of the surrounding countryside. Santina welcomed us with a warm smile and infectious good humor. She offered us an assortment of local specialties, which we thoroughly enjoyed. We finished with a delicious iced coffee with almond milk. The service was very friendly and prompt. The price was very reasonable for the excellent quality of the food.

07/12/2025: My husband and I had dinner on December 6th at Al bel paese: what can I say? A very professional welcome, knowledgeable and attentive staff. The wine cellar is extensive and original, and chef Vito (the restaurant's owner) created wonderful dishes, both for the palate and the eye. We'll definitely be back!!

Each dish truly showcases the flavor of the sea. A special thanks to Giovanni, whose professionalism and kindness make the experience even more enjoyable. 28/12/2025: I attended an 18th Birthday party yesterday. I'm both vegetarian and GF and they were able to accommodate my dietary requirements serving all the courses customised to my needs. The FOH was attentive enough, always refilling beverage and brining over additional courses. The wine was of high standards as well as the ingredients. The presentation was sophisticated, a twist on local classics. The DJ was engaging and entertaining, able to bring a party vibe to the event. Overall my experience has been positive. I would suggest to add a selection of mocktails at the bar reception to keep up with market demands. I left the comment purposely in English to boost the visibility of the establishment to our ever growing international tourism. Thanks 😊 for your hard work. I wish you well moving forward with your endeavours.

18/01/2026: I was there last night and I have several things to say... I have to admit, the food was excellent, especially the very delicate suckling pig. I enjoyed the welcome entree with prosecco and a main dish. The location was simple, nothing special. The service was efficient and fairly quick. Unfortunately, I have to mention a few negatives, but they're subjective. The first is that we went for fish, and they only serve it on Wednesdays and Fridays... (Oh well). The second negative is the lack of prices on the appetizer menu... (In fact, a steal on three bombettes for almost 20 euros!!!!) The third negative is that they don't even take a 3 euro discount off your bill... we paid 98 euros, and look, other places do the same, but oh well... The fourth negative, and in fact, I think it's the worst... at the end of the evening, the very rude cook started smoking cigarettes inside the restaurant. A shocking lack of manners, and her loud laughter turned the evening from quiet to chaotic. That said, it's a shame because it was all good until the bill arrived, which I thought was high for some dishes, and especially until that woman came out of the kitchen. A passable rating, nothing more...

The region as a priceless treasure and a starting point for Raffaella and her courageous team, always ready to explore new culinary paths. Foggia needed a place like this, and this is the address worth saving.
