03/11/2025: Great place. Everything is very clean, beautiful, excellent service. Large menu and many different options. The food is excellent, everything is delicious, fresh, and high-quality. The tom yum soup is very tasty.

02/11/2025: The only flaw is the water...they don't have mineral water, and the one they bring to the table is bad and flat if it's sparkling! Too many waiters running around aimlessly and more than one person coming to ask for the same things! Since I can't respond to the response I received—the food was fine, in fact—I said the only flaw was the water, but we asked for mineral water and were told it wasn't available, so we asked for a change, but the water they brought back was identical.

01/11/2025: At the third restaurant that told me it was full, probably because I was alone on a Saturday night, a holiday, I headed toward the Osteria del Vecchio Orologio, expecting yet another refusal. The very kind owner, also fully booked, directed me to their second, smaller restaurant a few meters away, where the very kind and knowledgeable Jasmine seated me. The food was excellent, carefully prepared with the freshest ingredients. A very charming place, tastefully designed down to the smallest detail without being pompous. Exceptional service.

17/10/2025: Perfect evening! Excellent food, refined dishes, exceptional wines, courtesy and professionalism. The lungarello with pecorino fondue, egg, and truffle and the fettuccine with porcini mushrooms were absolutely fantastic! Excellent fried dishes. The service was also superb. The staff were friendly, a perfect mix of friendliness, expertise, and efficiency. We'll definitely be back!

12/09/2025: Not bad Definitely one of the very few restaurants in the area, if not the only one, so there aren't many options for those passing through. The menu is extensive, at times interesting, but perhaps too pretentious. The fish starters are very good, but the tagliata is very disappointing.

02/11/2025: Unfortunately, we went to this place after reading the reviews, but alas, it's not at all what's described. First of all, the interior is creepy and smells musty, but the exterior is nice. The food isn't what's described, just the platter, which is good and plentiful. We waited a very long time between the appetizer and the main courses, even though we arrived very early and ordered roughly the same amount of food as the nearby tables, who had shorter waits. The owner justified himself by saying he was the only one doing everything, but that's unacceptable—you either open or you don't open if you don't have the means. Finally, we wanted to try the desserts that are always praised in the reviews, but we passed on the coffees and desserts so as not to have to wait any longer inside the restaurant.

31/10/2025: Arriving at Lake Vico on a classic autumn day, we stopped at the Riva Fiorita restaurant, with a wonderful view of the golden lake, in a relaxing and quite poetic setting. A delicious rustic dish with a unique flavor was the welcome of the kind waiters. After a short wait, the first courses arrived: ravioli with wild herbs and Pratignano (a local cheese), pappardelle with white wild boar ragù (homemade pasta), and trifle (grandmother's recipe). Everything was delicious; I have rarely eaten so deliciously, appreciating the authenticity and homey flavor, accompanied by a pleasant red wine. Hospitality, kindness, and goodness, a trio that made for a perfect couple of hours. Recommended

17/10/2025: An extraordinary experience, from every perspective. "La Locanda di Saturno" is a true gem that you absolutely must visit and try!!! It offers authentic and refined Italian cuisine; each dish tells a story of passion and research, using top-quality ingredients and always perfect pairings. The service is attentive and professional, yet warm, making you feel welcomed and at home while maintaining elegance. We've been there before, we've been back, and we'll definitely be back whenever we can!

23/08/2025: It's always a shame for me to leave a negative review, especially when the location is truly delightful: small but meticulously maintained and with a pleasant atmosphere. For this very reason, I believe constructive criticism can help both the owners, helping them grow and improve, and future customers, helping them have a more satisfying experience. During our dinner, however, several inconveniences arose that I must point out. As soon as we sat down, we found the placemat dirty, likely not replaced after the previous service. A detail that alone wouldn't have ruined the evening, but unfortunately it was the first in a series of oversights. We ordered a first course to share and two second courses. Unfortunately, the tagliatelle with lamb ragù was so salty that it was difficult to enjoy. The wild boar meatballs, however, arrived cold and partly burned. Finally, the sliced ​​beef: we weren't asked how it was cooked, and, without a proper knife for serving, we were faced with overcooked, very salty, and difficult to cut meat. A real shame, especially since the prices were decidedly high compared to the actual quality of what we were served. I sincerely hope these observations are helpful: the location has potential, but the cuisine and service deserve more attention to live up to expectations.
