19/07/2025: A truly wonderful place to stay, with comfortable rooms, amazing attention to ingredients both in the restaurant and in the generous breakfast (almost everything locally sourced), and impeccable service. Kudos to them for their courage in offering something like this.

15/07/2025: Courtesy, professionalism, and a careful selection of locally sourced products. The dining room is very large with high ceilings, and the tables are spaced far apart, allowing for peaceful dining. Excellent wine list, and—unsurprisingly—knowledgeable staff. The garden provides the perfect temperature, even on the hottest summer evenings.

03/06/2025: We arrived during the town festival so it was a bit chaotic but honestly the food was average nothing more didn't impress me, kind and helpful staff. The risotto was nothing special the ravioli were good the rest was so-so.

04/10/2025: We liked it so much we came back the next evening! We had beef tartare, fried pizza, zucchini flowers, ciauscolo crostini, fried lamb ribs, peposo, fettuccine alla campagnola, lombricelli with broccoli, and cheese selections. Everything was delicious. The staff was very kind and friendly. The atmosphere was lovely. It's just a few minutes' walk from the center. Definitely worth a try.

03/06/2025: A timely stop on the Via Francigena in Monterosi, good food and friendly service.

24/05/2025: On Via Francigena, we entered the first cafe in Monterosi. The space was comfortable and everyone sat down to eat, drink, replenish supplies and go to the toilet. We all arrived at about the same time and the clerk was very patient in helping everyone get their pilgrimage stamps.

26/08/2025: Every now and then I get the chance to visit this pizzeria, and it's always a pleasure. The location is very pleasant, in the heart of the lush Viterbo countryside. Ample parking is available on-site. Tables are available both outside, where you can admire a beautiful garden, and inside, where the atmosphere is enhanced by a wonderful painting that I always admire every time I go. The staff is always very kind and helpful. I come here for the pizza, both takeout and eat-in. It's large, in fact, huge, so big it barely fits on the plate. It's juicy and flavorful, filled with consistently high-quality ingredients. The dough is thin and soft, the crust shallow and crispy. A delight!

25/04/2025: Top pizza! Soft and crunchy at the same time! There are some tables inside and outside where you can enjoy the delicious pizza! There is also parking nearby on the street

17/08/2025: We made reservations for the evening, but the rain arrived, creating a significant problem for the outdoor tables. Despite the inconvenience right at dinner time, the girls took care to inform us of the weather conditions before we arrived. They found an optimal solution within minutes, with fast and precise service. Highly recommended for everything, especially for the customer service, which is no small detail.

17/08/2025: I'm calling you at 6 PM to reserve two people for 8:30 PM. Everything confirmed... you call me at 8:25 PM telling me it's raining and you have no room outside, leaving me almost without dinner! But since it was raining even at 6 PM, couldn't you have told me beforehand that you'd put me outside????? One star because zero is not allowed! Provincial and disorganized!!!

07/08/2025: The entire place smells strongly of fish. The sushi is good, but fairly standard. Some of the dishes aren't particularly appealing (grilled shrimp, salmon tacos with toasted almonds). As for Chinese cuisine, the grilled dumplings are very good. The first order is very quick, the second is quite slow.

31/07/2025: It turns out to be the best local sushi restaurant in Viterbo. The quality of the dishes is top-notch, very fresh and refined. The environment is well-kept and clean. It's worth noting that the employees wear uniforms, which is very important and a sign of professionalism. Recommended ☺️

05/10/2025: The food is good, but the service and bill are a little less so. Check your receipt before paying; you might find something you didn't order.

14/09/2025: The three stars for the food are the result of a slip-up on the appetizer; the meat, however, was good. I couldn't rate the entrees because, per company policy, they decided not to serve them during the summer. The location is beautiful in the summer, on a terrace in Tarquinia overlooking the surrounding countryside all the way to the sea. I'll try again for a better assessment.

10/07/2025: A cafe / bar with authentic local fare. Very little English spoken but with some effort learning the language ( Google translate) we got by. Open all day with very reasonable prices for good drinks and pastries. Didn't judge us when we asked for cappuccino's after midday. Apparently frowned upon in Italy 😉

28/07/2025: In the beautiful countryside, overlooking Lake Bolsena, this authentic (!!!) agriturismo offers dishes made with homemade ingredients with authentic flavors. The reasonable prices, good food, and warm welcome make it a destination for Italians and foreigners alike. You can also buy their products (I'll be back for the garlic).

16/07/2025: Excellent agriturismo, very friendly staff, excellent pizza, and the food tastes like home cooking. The atmosphere gives you a family feel. An experience to try again as soon as possible.
