Special praise to the owner, an extremely knowledgeable person who exudes a genuine passion for his work. It's rare to find someone who knows how to describe and showcase what he brings to the table so well. You can sense his love for cooking in every detail, from the welcome to the dishes. I will definitely return and recommend it to anyone looking for a wonderful gastronomic experience! 👏

20/02/2026: A small gourmet restaurant serving creative dishes that respect tradition and the finest ingredients. We enjoyed all of Chef Francesco's dishes and highly recommend his cuisine. Don't limit yourself to pizza! The prices are absolutely fair and allowed us to enjoy Michelin-starred dishes we wouldn't have been able to afford elsewhere. The presentation of dishes and ingredients is meticulous without becoming ostentatious. The service is meticulously timed between courses, allowing you to enjoy your meal with care and attention!

01/04/2026: We come here periodically with friends and relatives for someone's birthday, and I have to say that this last visit was very disappointing, especially regarding the service, which was very slow. We arrived at 1.15pm and the starter was served at 1.45pm, and the first course an hour and a half later, which made us give up on ordering the second course. It's a shame because the food is very good.

28/03/2026: We came for lunch with the family on the recommendation of my colleague Giuseppe, originally from Vetralla. Excellent value for money, with a wide variety of dishes, all delicious and of a good standard. The appetizer of cured meats, cheeses, and vegetables was delicious, as was the lombrichelli alla amatriciana, the lamb cacciatore style was surprising, and the side dishes included vegetables, chicory, and broccoli, both sautéed and well-prepared. The house red was also acceptable. Keep up the good work.

12/04/2026: After an excursion to Farnese we went to lunch at Ostello Ortensi, excellent lunch and very kind staff!!

22/02/2026: …if you are looking for a quiet place on a Sunday outside the city, Civita Castellana is for you, especially if you are going to see the carnival floats (it's history here). All this was just advice, but if you want to eat a hot dish in every sense of the word, food, service and atmosphere… but above all (finding people who work with a smile) you have to go to the Trattoria da Bastiano… price and quality guaranteed.

31/10/2025: Arriving at Lake Vico on a classic autumn day, we stopped at the Riva Fiorita restaurant, with a wonderful view of the golden lake, in a relaxing and quite poetic setting. A delicious rustic dish with a unique flavor was the welcome of the kind waiters. After a short wait, the first courses arrived: ravioli with wild herbs and Pratignano (a local cheese), pappardelle with white wild boar ragù (homemade pasta), and trifle (grandmother's recipe). Everything was delicious; I have rarely eaten so deliciously, appreciating the authenticity and homey flavor, accompanied by a pleasant red wine. Hospitality, kindness, and goodness, a trio that made for a perfect couple of hours. Recommended

17/09/2025: The products are very good but in my opinion they are not very honest because when you buy the ricotta, first of all it is not drained but they keep it soaked in the whey and then they weigh it with the basket without doing the tare. Once I got home I weighed the ricotta and it was almost half after removing the whey.

06/01/2026: This place is well-run and very clean. They offer good coffee, breakfast, and happy hours. They've only recently opened but have already won over customers and the town. If you're passing through, it's worth stopping by.

11/01/2026: We've been to this restaurant often. The food is excellent and very fresh, especially the fish. The staff is very friendly and welcomes your furry friends, which isn't for everyone. Plus, it's a lovely place, especially in the summer. Highly recommended.

It's a place where the sweetness of the gelato meets the rare humanity of the owners: Mrs. Pina and her husband, Pier Giovanni, are people with an old-fashioned courtesy, patient and always ready to guide you through the myriad flavors available. Despite the variety, my choice inevitably falls on the cassata and chocolate: a pairing I would call heavenly. You can clearly sense that each flavor is made with love and artisanal mastery. A heartfelt thank you to Pina and Pier Giovanni for their kindness, grace, and the extraordinary goodness they offer to the community of Vasanello. A corner of paradise for the palate and the soul.
