Great for quick meals with friends. My family and I created four different first courses, then added four desserts, two coffees, and water, and paid €57. We'll definitely be back! 😊

23/07/2025: We're intrigued by the unique offerings, almost unique in the city. The experience is ultimately positive, but there are a few key points to note: the atmosphere is pleasant, cleverly casual, informal, and friendly. The "book and sit" formula, already seen in other chains, allows you to skip the hassle of ordering and choose your own seating. At the end of July, it might be nice to find the air conditioning working and not have to request it after an unexpected, mandatory sweating session, but the very limited staff can also lead to these oversights. There you have it. This is one of the important things: just three people managing all this simply can't handle it, and it shows. Despite their extreme helpfulness and kindness, the limited staffing affects wait times and, to some extent, the quality of the dishes. The menu offers a wide selection, with a predominantly vegetarian focus, and interesting recipes. We ordered eggplant parmigiana medallions, an excellent pasta dish with tuna, and a quinoa salad with vegetables and olives. Everything was very good, but inevitably tainted by the frenzy of just three people, one of whom was a regular, facing a large crowd. The pasta was cooked in a hurry and too al dente, failing to appreciate the superior sauce. The same goes for the eggplant medallions, where the slices still taste like unsalted vegetables and salad. One more person—or two very experienced ones—would have avoided all this. However, we believe these are youthful flaws and that more experience would be enough to correct them. We'll gladly return to check. The price is very affordable and in line with the type of offering.

03/01/2026: After an evening in Tarquinia where Bencini plays... it's only right to eat an excellent "just right" pizza... where? But at JUST RIGHT, ❤️ The staff??? All girls...good and professional. The atmosphere? You feel at home... Their products? Well, what can I say... top-quality. Good girls. And us? We'll be back. See you soon.

17/01/2026: Also excellent for vegetarians! A simply impeccable experience! From the first moment, you'll feel an atmosphere of rare care and professionalism. The property is enchanting and masterfully maintained, but the real added value is the Manager: an exceptional professional, serious, attentive to every detail, and with an experience that truly makes the difference. The staff is the beating heart of the place: welcoming, always available, and endowed with an infectious kindness that makes you feel immediately at home. The cuisine deserves special mention: a sumptuous breakfast, rich and of the highest quality, followed by sublime dinners featuring the freshest local produce. Not only recommended, but absolutely unmissable.

03/01/2026: We went to this place on New Year's Eve (the only place where we could find a table), and to our surprise, we ate very well. We tried a bit of everything, from fried foods to arrosticini, and finally the burgers, and everything was truly excellent and high-quality. The owner and all the other staff are very good, friendly, and helpful. The place is a bit small and unpretentious, but it's perfect for a quick meal. Highly recommended!!!!
