18/08/2025: Very fair prices, good sandwiches (and most importantly, fresh, not dry and insipid like the ones at the bar), and polite and friendly staff. It's a shame it can get quite crowded and noisy at times.

14/08/2025: Good sandwiches and a wide selection. Only three stars because the prices have become bar-level, as perhaps has the place.

29/08/2025: The food was delicious, and the service was a 10. We ordered Pepe's cacio pasta, which was delicious, and the croquettes were also delicious. Aperol happy hour was also a must.

28/08/2025: By far the best Italian restaurant in Rome I've had the pleasure of visiting. The Lemon Spritz was amazing, The pasta and pizza were delicious, The desserts were delicious.

10/08/2025: We discovered this charming coffee shop on our first morning in Rome and returned every single day of our trip. Bar Amore quickly became our daily ritual. The coffee is prepared efficiently, and their sandwiches and pastries are outstanding. The egg and tomato sandwich was an unexpected highlight, so good that we ordered it every morning during our stay. What truly sets Bar Amore apart is the exceptional service. The staff strikes the perfect balance of friendliness and efficiency, creating a welcoming atmosphere for both locals and tourists alike. We never felt rushed or unwelcome, despite the language barrier. The café has an authentic neighborhood feel that’s hard to find in tourist areas. I wish I could bottle the warm atmosphere and take it home with me. Since that’s impossible, I’ll just have to plan our return trip to Rome soon!

20/07/2025: Sono stata a luglio con la mia famiglia all’Hostaria Santa Maria di Frascati e, se avessi potuto, avrei dato ben più di cinque stelle! Il cibo è semplicemente delizioso, ogni piatto è un'esplosione di sapori genuini e ben curati. Il personale è di una gentilezza rara, sempre sorridente e disponibile: mi sono sentita davvero come a casa. Tanto che siamo tornati per tre sere consecutive, ogni volta più soddisfatti della precedente. La location è accogliente e particolare, con un bel dehor esterno perfetto per le sere estive e interni caratteristici che raccontano la vera essenza della tradizione romana. Un posto che resta nel cuore. Torneremo sicuramente!

24/08/2025: In the heart of Prati, a small, traditional, non-touristy bistro run by two elderly people. There's no abuse at all, and the pasta and appetizers are very good. We can only highly recommend this place, which we visited three times in four days.

09/09/2025: The place has a pleasant, simple yet comfortable atmosphere, ideal for a relaxing moment. I ordered a delicious pizza, with a well-made, light, and crispy dough, and fresh, quality ingredients in every bite. The service was very pleasant; the staff was attentive and friendly, always paying attention to detail. I found the prices fair and in line with the offerings. It's a highly recommended place, whether for a quick meal or a quiet evening with friends or family, and I would have no hesitation in returning.

09/09/2025: This was the first restaurant in Rome that we got to try the Roman style pizza. I thought because the pizza was made to order it may not be as fresh, but the pizzas here were very fresh. We tried the spicy tomato, potato with cheese and mushroom pizza. They all had really good flavors. My favorite was the tomato with spice. I loved the crust, which was crunchy and fluffy. There is some seating inside but it is limited. Highly recommend giving the Roman pizza here a try.

16/09/2025: Delicious pizza! I grabbed a quick pizza while I was on duty in central Rome. Light dough and tasty toppings. Fair prices. I'll definitely be back.
