I had an aperitif with the fried food and was really satisfied.
21/02/2026: We came back again for a delicious fried food package. We had a large package for two with calamari, anchovies, vegetables, and potatoes. Everything was truly excellent. The staff were kind and attentive. Thank you!

11/05/2026: Simply the best pizza in the world.
It's hard to convey in words how good it is and how carefully selected the ingredients are to create pizzas that will blow your mind.
Potato-crusted porchetta (THE ORIGINAL), chicken salad, breaded steak...not to mention the exceptional fried foods.
If you've never been to Sancho's, you've never had pizza.
11/05/2026: A small but very casual place: you order at the counter and, if there's a spot, sit at the tables. We ordered practically everything from the counter... and it was all spectacular.
Phenomenal pizza by the slice, light and crispy, with top-quality ingredients. The one that impressed me the most was the amatriciana: I could have easily eaten two more pans.
We also had a "frittatina" with truffle, cacio e pepe... it was so good, it was simply illegal.
The staff was incredibly friendly.
If you're passing through Fiumicino, stopping at Sancio is practically a must.

14/06/2026: We've been there for both lunch and dinner and have always had a great time. Lunch is all-you-can-eat for €10, which also includes water and coffee, while dinner is à la carte, offering both sandwiches and pizza. There's also a children's dinner box option, similar to a happy meal. The food is delicious, and the staff is friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.
31/05/2026: Very slow service, they even lost our table order, on the other hand the pizza is good, the fried foods are tasty, I'm not giving 5 stars because the wait is long, and there were few people, I dare not imagine how busy it is, I will certainly return, let's hope they change their rating.

06/06/2026: The supplì are just crunchy and tasteless (corn flour), the pizza is inedible.... I took Malox... direct dough.... microfiltered water, red beer with toasted corn (invented), tiramisu (brick)... As Christian De Sica used to say.... let's forget about it.....
04/06/2026: It's especially beautiful in the summer, when it feels more like a village than a town. They're not very organized in the evenings; they can't fit in appointments well, even with reservations, and I don't ask you to stick to the schedule like a train. The pizzas, and the food in general, are very good.

Light, crispy, fresh, and flavorful ingredients.
The staff is friendly, and believe me, I'd do anything to have a pizzeria so close to home.
My colleague took me there, and now it's a must-visit every time I pass by.

07/06/2026: Reasonable prices, but quality. The chicken-filled pizza is a bit bland, but considering the price, it's justified. The pizza is so good that even without the chicken, it's still very enjoyable.
I also had the red one with anchovies (delicious) and the one with shrimp, which is probably the best I've ever had, considering that for the first time, I found the right amount of mayonnaise. It's a pleasure to stop and eat here if you're looking for a place without too many pretensions.
02/06/2026: Poor service, like you get there first and then everyone else orders their pizza at the counter. They don't let you get it, you point it out and they do whatever they want anyway, great.

Spacious atmosphere and average menu.
Amatriciana and cacio e pepe are perhaps a little lighter in flavor than true Roman tradition.
The restaurant also offers pizza.
Courteous and helpful staff.
Good coffee and a friendly and helpful barista.

02/05/2026: Airport restaurant where communication can be a bit challenging, as the staff behind the counter speak limited English and our Italian didn’t quite bridge the gap either.
That said, the experience more than made up for it. The espresso was strong and well-balanced, the focaccia was fresh and flavorful, and the overall meal exceeded expectations for an airport setting.
Despite the language barrier, the quality of the food stood out. A solid stop if you’re after a quick but satisfying bite before you head out.
28/04/2026: Absolute excuse of a food establishment and joke of customer service.
Ordered a ham cheese and mayonnaise sandwich. Which are all clearly prepared on site as you can see the chefs making the food up behind the glass.
Asked for more mayo and was told they “don’t have it”
How can you prepare food on site and sell food with ingredients you don’t have on site.
Dry and discussing taste. The only thing on my order that was right was the beer which they bought in.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE.
