20/02/2024: I went to eat in this delicious restaurant in Calcata, which is located in the central square of Calcata Vecchia (Viterbo). It is run entirely by women, the food is truly excellent from starters to first courses to exquisite desserts. The friendly staff is always smiling. I also highly recommend booking!!!

From the appetizer to the first courses, passing through the wine
We were so full and satisfied that we couldn't get desserts but we will definitely be back
Pumpkin lasagna and trofie with cabbage TOP

21/07/2023: The Mattra oven is located in via della scuola, 2 in Calcata Vecchia next to the church. Despite being small you can find everything from pizza, bread, biscuits, potato and onion omelettes, cakes and local specialities. Try the meatball sandwich. Perhaps the prices are a little higher than average, however the quality is there and then you sit in the beautiful square to consume and enjoy the atmosphere of times gone by
