06/10/2025: A fantastic restaurant in South Tyrol! Freshly made pizza from the stone oven at super-reasonable prices! Absolutely fantastic! The Nutella pizza for dessert is also incredibly delicious. Highly recommended if you're looking for a delicious place to stop after a hike.
The staff is also super friendly and accommodating. Top-notch!
29/09/2025: Very tasty pizza with fresh ingredients. Upon request, our pizza was made vegan, but there were also vegan alternatives on the menu. Friendly staff and good prices!

09/11/2025: A truly charming and characteristic location. Recommended for those who want to enjoy traditional dishes and dishes with unique interpretations. The desserts are excellent. Weather permitting, you can admire a magnificent view of the Monferrato area.

17/11/2025: On Saturday 15th November I went with my family to the piadineria in Peschiera Borromeo in the Galleria Borromea shopping centre. What can I say? I was satisfied with the preparation of the food by the girl at the till, a very nice and smiling brunette with a smile on her lips despite there being a lot of people waiting. Congratulations! My daughter and I will definitely be back when we find her at the till, she made our day. Congratulations!

The first courses and the service are the highlight.
It's a shame that lately the second courses have been a bit so-so... Sometimes good, sometimes a bit disappointing (uneven cooking or conflicting flavors), they almost seem like they're made by inexperienced people... I don't know. A real shame. I wonder if there's a different chef in the kitchen for the first and second courses? 🤔
Anyway, it's a place I recommend if you're in the area and can easily spend a day at the spa.

04/12/2025: As usual, the dinner was excellent, as was the service.
This time... even more so... there were four of us, and due to our particular circumstances, we might have been a bit inconvenienced. Without even mentioning it, we were immediately offered dinner at their adjacent restaurant, "Il Cibreo," and were still served the Il Cibleo menu. It's truly rare to find such a high level of customer service and attention!
22/11/2025: A unique and exceptional experience. We had heard about the other Cibreo restaurants, and this wound up being our favorite meal in Tuscany (and one of our favorite ever). Truly unique flavors and outstanding drinks, too (including some sake they brought us to try on the house). No, it’s not a traditional Tuscan meal, but the flavors are remarkable, it clearly still has a local influence, and the overall experience and service are special. A memorable evening.

03/10/2025: My only issue that I find with pizza places in Italy is they don't cut their pizzas. This place was a recommendation from our hotel and to they didn't let us down. I ordered the 4 cheese white pizza and the flavors just burst in your mouth.
If you're not a big cheese lover then stay away from this pizza. The margarita pizza was very good as well. They have an English menu ready to go to help incase you don't speak Italian.

07/12/2025: Nice and well-renovated pizzeria. There was a long wait for a pizza, even though it wasn't busy (an hour's wait). The pizza was good, and the service was nothing special. Prices were normal, but €2.50 for a cover charge, with paper napkins and not even breadsticks at the table, was perhaps excessive.

01/10/2025: La Niche is a magical place... a terrace overlooking the sea, with an intimate and cozy atmosphere. Walter, the manager, is a fantastic person, always smiling, helpful, and ready to accommodate all our customers' requests. Andrea, the chef, has an almost magical touch and makes every dish an experience... The staff is the best you could expect, from Alessandra to Roberto, including Pam! What can I say? I can't wait to come back next year, and just know that I miss you already!!! P.S.: I don't recommend any dish, because they are ALL MUST TRY!!!!!

I personally ordered: octopus on creamed potatoes and sweet and sour red wine as an appetizer; spaghetti with clams, shrimp, and Bronte PDO pistachios as a main course; and a glass of white wine (Grillo from the Rapitalà cellars). The portions are generous, the place is very charming, the staff is friendly and welcoming, the quality and deliciousness of the food is exceptional, and the price is fair. Highly recommended!
