This place offers ramen and other Japanese dishes, both traditional and revisited. We've tried practically the entire menu several times, and there's not a single dish we didn't like. I highly recommend the pork bao and the miso panna cotta! The ramen is also excellent.
The prices are reasonable for the quality: two bao, two main dishes, and two desserts cost around €45.

Good ramen with clear Italian influences.
We also had the abura soba and loved it, especially the texture of the noodles, which reminded us of the ones we'd eaten in Japan.
I just wish there were more vegan ramen options or chicken options, perhaps some shichimi noodles available at the table, and that the interior was a little brighter. The staff was very friendly and available to make substitutions/additions.

Excellent experience, both for the food and the service. The place is small but very cozy, and the service is quick. The waiters are very friendly and kind! The ramen I ordered was plentiful, delicate yet rich in flavor. The bacon bao as an appetizer was also truly exceptional! I definitely recommend this place: I'll gladly return to try the vegan ramen, which I was so intrigued by.

A small but very welcoming place, perfect for a quick meal or a quiet tasting.
We had the delicious Sake Abura Soba and then, for dessert, the delicious Monkey Brain and Chiffon Cake.
We'll be back!

Pleasantly surprised!
The ramen with beef in Rovato oil is a must-try...a touch of Brescian originality that works perfectly. It reminds me of Sunday lunch at grandma's.
A very elegant location and fast service. Excellent!

I returned after many years of not being in the city, and the quality has improved over the years, which I really appreciate in a place.
It's always a confirmation, the ramen is exceptional.
And even for me, who eats LACTOSE-FREE, they have tons of options, practically everything, actually!
