We finally went to this renowned pizzeria to try these pizzas, which on paper all look exceptional... spoiler: the pizzas are truly excellent with top-quality ingredients. We went for lunch on Saturday after booking online. We ordered: 1 Blanche lager 1 Coke 1 still water 1 "Norma" pizza + cooked ham 1 off-menu pizza with Iberian ham, cacio e pepe sauce, 'nduja honey, and Neapolitan tarallo crumble... this last pizza was truly exceptional and only available for a few weeks. 1 dessert: millefeuille with berries (homemade) 2 coffees Total: €52.50. The pizzas in the photos speak for themselves, as does the dessert, which was also truly delicious, a generous portion that I recommend sharing. The pizza dough was absolutely digestible, the bottom of the pizza was not burned, and it was cooked perfectly. There's certainly no shortage of options in the area, but I can say that this pizzeria stands out despite the competition. We'll definitely be back, and not just for the pizza, as the other dishes also seemed absolutely top-notch. Well done!

Based on the reviews, I expected a better place. The terrace is very crowded and the sewer smell is quite disturbing. And the pizza is mediocre.

Unanimously, one of the best pizzas we've ever had. And at a reasonable price. A varied selection with flavors that are a welcome change from what we find in France. Lovely waitress. Remember to book ahead. Online booking is available, which is convenient if you don't speak English or Italian well.

Excellent pizzas, original and delicious. They served one of them a little too burnt, and once we pointed this out, they kindly remade it right away.

We had excellent pizzas, made with Neapolitan dough and well-topped. Prices were average. We went for dinner on Friday evening. The place was fully booked, so service was a bit slow. We waited about ten minutes to order, but that's understandable given the situation. The pizzas arrived quickly anyway. Recommended for a good pizza in Trieste, just steps from the city center.
