07/12/2025: As a celiac, I can only give it 5 stars. Gluten-free beer, gluten-free bread, gluten-free breadsticks. The kitchen was meticulously attentive. I recommend it to anyone with celiac disease. The staff were also incredibly friendly.

01/12/2025: Fantastic staff. We climbed to the top knowing the refuge was closed. We had brought our own food and were eating outside at a table when they asked us to come in. It's truly a beautiful place with kind and genuine people. We'll definitely be back.

02/11/2025: I happened upon it during lunchtime and stopped in. The place was welcoming and very clean, the staff was polite, attentive, and never intrusive. I ordered a portion of Tuma Cunzata, which was truly delicious—very crunchy and generous. I couldn't finish it, and I could taste it as if it had been fried in clean oil. Hats off! Afterward, I ordered spaghetti with clams, and, despite the fact that they served fresh tonnarelli (and they should have made that clear already), the pasta was cooked incorrectly. The tonnarelli stuck to my teeth, which was incredibly annoying. Worst of all, the pasta was incredibly salty. I know pasta with clams is a tasty dish, but this was so salty it made me want to drink every bite. I hope you take this review as a reason to be careful, not a negative.

04/12/2025: La Badessa is a breathtaking experience: quality ingredients, you have to try the paccheri with out-of-this-world rabbit ragù, the excellent tartare, the Badessa ice cream with crushed vanilla beans and a drop of their own balsamic vinegar, truly divine!! Last but not least, the fantastic service, the super Alberto, an excellent Maître d' who will expertly guide you through the best food and wine pairings, and the young Paolo, so kind and truly talented, in pampering us and making us feel at home, truly the best!! Guys, never change!!!! Highly recommended!!!!
